We must have the favor of God if we are to enjoy 2024. Favor means a helpful deed, we need it daily, not just from man but from God also. Mary the mother of our savior obtained Favor and her life changed for good. ‭‭Luke‬ ‭1:28‭-‬29‬ ‭“And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favored, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.” marry obviously came from a very poor home, that's why she was betrothed to a carpenter, but being greeted by an angel she was shocked, not only that, Israeli women marry on time, that means the bride was very young at the time the angel greeted her. Her favor was so deep that her cousin Elizabeth saw her and she started a prophecy. The favor of God knows no family background and it also knows no age. God has favored you regardless of your age and family background. I always thank God and ask myself who am I that God will choose me to serve him and I know it is his favor. This year God's favor will be on everything you do, just trust and walk with him with a dedicated mind.

Fasting day 3

People always complain that God doesn't answer prayers fast, and we give all manner of excuses why our prayers are delayed. But the Bible says that the standard of God stands sure and the Lord knows those who are his. In a place of prayer there are biblical principles that bring answers to a searching heart. First the Lord gave conditions for finding Him, because when you find him you can expect answers. The first principle is found in the book of ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29:13‬ and it says “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” If we can silence the distractions and pour our hearts to God we will never complain about unanswered prayers. The Psalmist reach that state of pouring out all his heart and he says in the book of Psalm‬ ‭119:58‬ ‭ “I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: Be merciful unto me according to thy word.'' The word whole heart means he knew his state of mind at the time. Imagine praying until you come to self awareness that your heart is totally focused on God. And you surely know it by yourself. That's the level the Psalmist was, and that's the stage we should be anytime we hit our knees on the ground to pray. I know the devil always brings different things to distract us whenever we pray, but we must filter our thoughts and imaginations in order to achieve a singleness of mind which grants us unrestricted access to the Father.

Knowledge for 2024

As we embark on fasting, if we don't acquire knowledge, during this fast we might end up wasting our time. In the book of judges 6 a man of valor Gideon was ignorant of that fact and he and the entire Israel suffered the consequences of his ignorance. Until an angel of the Lord came to make him know the fact that he is a man of valor. The angel told him to go on the might he has, but suffered because he never knew he was that strong. 90 percent of the struggles of Christians are as a result of ignorance. Nobody will willingly suffer if they have knowledge of the best solution to their issues. ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3:20‬ ‭says. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. The issue now is, how many of us know the kind of power that's at work in us? As long as we haven't come to the full knowledge of it we will suffer for ignorance. The Bible says that Jesus was filled with the spirit of knowledge. Meaning knowledge is a spirit, a personality. We must ask for this knowledge if we must make use of everything God has provided for this 2024.

When I was in Bible school I always watched student pastors complain that the presbyters always post their boys to big Churches and send other non-connected pastors to where they will suffer. I always tell them I don't care where they send me as long as God is with me, I will always be successful. All the 3 Churches I have pastored all started from scratch; none had members before I came. I know God has put the responsibility on me to succeed, I have no one to blame if I fail but myself. Matthew 7:19 Jesus said any tree that doesn't bear fruit will be cut down and be cast into fire. In the parable of the talents, the servant that didn't succeed with his talent was punished. The key to your success is on your knees and in the word of God take it seriously and see God turn your life around. Don't be ignorant and cry no one told you, now you know get to work.

Heavenly father thank you for opening my eyes to know that my blessings is within my reach, help me to study your word, put it into practice and pray always, that I might make you proud with my fruits in Jesus name Amen

People that go to hell go to hell with their sins paid for but they just refuse to accept the payment, it is just like opening the prison door for someone who is locked up to go free and they refuse to go. Expecting to make full payment for their own sin and they lack the capacity to do so. A Lot of people want to serve God but they are held back by guilt, and they want to be cleansed from their sins first before they will approach God. Not knowing that God expects them to come just like that and let the blood of Jesus do the cleansing. But the devil has blinded their eyes not to see that they have already been forgiven by God. Jesus didn't wait for you to be pure before dying for you, he died for you why you are still a sinner so that you will be counted among the righteous. Stop letting the devil blind you into hell, turn to Jesus now and watch him cleans all your mistakes. It is that simple.

Praying and Fasting Day 2

Yesterday the children between 5 years to 10 fasted till 2pm and between 10 to 15 fasted till 3 and 4 respectively. One thing that gave my heart joy was the fact that during the fast they prayed from 9:30 to 12:05 known stop. And the level of prayer topics they were raising during the prayer was unbelievable for children of that age. When people mock us of being children Church. I have confidence in our tomorrow because I know these kids won't fail Jesus. I wanted to have them recorded so that other weak Christians will be challenged to wake up, but I don't want it to seem like we are using children's dedication to God to chase clout. When we talk of praying for a long time, some adults will say they are not pastors so therefore they can't pray like that. Some sections of unserious Christians demonize praying for long as the problem of Africa. A Lot of Christians try to call Jesus and the Bible liars by proving we don't need to pray long. But Matt 18:1 says that Jesus taught that men always ought to pray. That word always shows how important Jesus places on constant prayer, Paul also says we should pray without ceasing. But today's over sabi believers think prayer is for prayer warriors and pastors and not for them. And this kind of mindset has given birth to weak and fear-caged Christians. We must believe Jesus when he taught that we must always pray, obeying Jesus Christ is more important than rationalizing spiritual laziness.

More than 4 months ago a woman was helped by her sister to come and join us during our Wednesday morning prayer section. She came with drugs worth ₦200000, and laid them at the altar, she told me she has a liver problem and we prayed for her, she got strength and danced with us. Seeing how well she was doing after the prayers, I told her to go and redone the test to prove the healing she has received, but she was scared and refused to go for the test, she kept calling me for prayers many times she felt the sickness coming back. I kept asking her to go for test. After suffering for months she finally went for the test last month and it was confirmed she has no sign of liver problem anymore. She was happy and her constant calls to pray for her have stopped, no more sickness and symptoms all gone overnight. Fear is a bedrock of many afflictions, trust in Jesus and confirm his healing power medically, Christianity is not a war with medicine, neither is medicine at war with Christianity. We shouldn't be afraid go to hospitals neither should we be afraid to confirm what we have received by faith. Christianity is a prove based faith not an imaginary one. Jesus is still doing miracles.

Next week we at CGC are embarking on 14 days of fasting and praying and we want you to join us as we shake heaven and earth with our faith in Christ Jesus.

What to ask yourself before going into relationship.
How are my personal insecurities going to ruin this relationship?
Because we go into relationship almost blind to our own wounds

And they resurface in the relationship and we blamed our partner for not providing medication for the wound that have existed before we meet them.
What I mean by that is that a lot of people who are financially insecure, will meet someone who is actually nice but may not be able to suit their financial insecurity, he/she immediately think they are not good enough.
Or you go into a relationship being addicted to pornography, and you meet someone who is actually at your right level, but because you are so used to hyper sexualised promiscuity that you think they are boring.

So ask yourself how are my insecurity going to ruin this relationship and how do I create a buffer so that this insecurity won't occur.

The positiveness that comes from following Christ and the positive confession are written for us to build a positive and successful society. When we see evil happening to others instead of praying for them or demanding justice for them, if we stand shouting is not my portion and declare self security for us and rejoice we are not the victim, we unknowingly start practicing the doctrine of wickedness. Is our responsibility as Christians to build heaven on earth, heaven on earth can't exist where evil and insensitivity reign supreme. When we love our neighbors as ourselves, their pains become our pains, their victory becomes our victory. The Christians in Nigeria have been doing wonderfully well individually. But collective failure is written on every face of our society. If you don't stand for the truth, you are standing for evil. If we demand for a positive society, we have no choice but to join to create it. If we keep rejoicing for our safety in the face of the tragedy of others, without working collectively for everyone's safety we will fail the assignment God has entrusted to us.

Rise up and stand up. Let's join hands to create a positive society.

Good morning nairalanders, I know its too early to post this but this issue has been troubling me for a while now.
I can't sleep, even if i eventually do, i can't stay asleep, for example if i sleep by 2am, i will wake up by 4am and thats it for that night.
It has been going on for months now, and i hardly sleep in the afternoon too..
If you observe when i made this post, I slept around 3am because today is my birthday, i was answering calls and chats from well wishers, now i am up again around 5, thats why i made this post, i am fed up...

Please can you guys suggest a very strong sleeping tablet for me? I really need to sleep and stay asleep, i mean lock everywhere up, eat, take the tablet and sleep a very deep sleep, a kind of sleep that i will not know what is happening around...

Family deliverance without visiting your village


When people come to me for family deliverance in their village, I normally tell them it is irrelevant, if they can agree to work with God in his own term. Is only Necessary if they want to have a temporary success and the circle continues. What do I mean? Families have doors that open the way for evil spirits to access it, and this door can be anger, hatred, gossip, fighting, unbelief, irrelevant argument, etc. A Lot of people grow up inheriting these sins from their father, even though they were born again. A lot of ignorant people admit these character flaws as part of their life and refuse to give it up just as Moses did with his stammering. I have seen ministers with anointing become unfulfilled because of tolerating these character flaws from birth or family. When you hear a Christian boast about having a hot temper, just know they will leave a struggling Christian life, even if they can do signs and wonders. Ezekiel gave us a way out of family cures without going home for family deliverance. He says "But suppose he has a child who sees all the sins that his father committed. He becomes alarmed and doesn’t do them."
Ezekiel 18:14. The bible verse above told us we must forsake our fathers sin, nerve to be part of it.You have a bad character and they told you that is just how your father, mother, grands or uncles behave, there you have it.Your freedom from this ancestral witchcraft, comes from tracking the door these spirits use to access your life, are you having anger issues and is a family thing, shut it down to be free. God's purpose for us is to be perfect, don't excuse anything that doesn't conform to the will of God, no matter how small it is. Coming out of sin is a faster and easier way for family deliverance, Satan can't enter spiritual closed doors. Sin open it for him and righteousness open for Jesus and close it for Satan

Dear Lord, give me spiritual intelligence to identify all the character flaws from my family that have opened doors for evil to come into my life, business and family, and I shut these doors down and wear your righteousness as a garment in Jesus name Amen.

The generation that don't fear God


One thing that shocks me is the number of people that go to Church, and yet the number can't account for anything when it comes to immorality, corruption and bribes at working places. The offices look as if no one who goes to Church understands the importance of purity and living a godly lifestyle, is like lust and all forms of unclean lifestyle have been adopted, as Christians way of life. We have men who have faith in God but like the fear of God. Even the devil has faith in God and trembles, but he doesn't have the fear of God. Is the fear of God that makes man live right, the majority seems to hide under grace, to practice all forms of unclean behavior. And when you teach the importance of righteousness, the agent of Satan's hiding in the Church will call you sin preacher. Last two weeks, I saw a vision where I was talking to pastors, on the need for us to live a pure and righteous life in other to defeat evil spirits around us, and a man stood up and started shouting that I'm always talking about sin, as he was shouting, I turned to him and said in the name of Jesus come out of him, immediately he fell down and a spirit came out of him. I realized many people who have normalized sin are not doing so ordinary there's a spirit behind it. No wonder bibles say by their fruits you shall know them. The gift of God is without repentance. Just because you are committing sin and still do miracles doesn't mean you are doing well, that's what the devil wants. Jesus says he will tell such people "get ye behind me you workers of iniquity."

I plead for us all to consider our ways and think of what Jesus will tell us at his second coming. Will he say well done my son or will He say get out.

Please dear Heavenly Father help us all to walk in your righteousness in Jesus name Amen

Most Neglected Command of Jesus


Jesus asked us not to worry about anything, but it seems that advice is not for us most of the time because we neglect it to worry ourselves still. I remember when we were starting Christ Glorious Church, we move from starting without roof to staying in front of someone's shop, when the man asked us to stop staying in front of his shop, I was worried because we don't have another place to go, most places I have gone to ask for space have rejected us. We returned back to where we started. That night I lay down and was worried, I heard a voice asking me Eze , why are you worried? Are you the one that called yourself? Immediately I heard the voice I came back to my senses and started asking God to forgive me for worrying, I then Rebuked the spirit of worry and slept off. The next morning someone came to direct me to where I was formally rejected and the place was given to us. When we received quit notice from that place, knowing I don't need to worry, I declared dancing and celebration for the Church we danced and celebrated the quit notice. God miraculously provided for us to be where we are now. When the bible says don't worry it means don't worry, but we normally give ourselves excuses why we must disobey God and worry ourselves to sickness and disappointment. Today if you can hear his voice and stop worrying yourself, your story will change for the better.

Becoming a true Disciple

Disciple means follower, and Christianity is not a democracy where popular opinion counts. Christianity is a kingdom where the voice of the master is the ultimate. Jesus says if you love me obey my commandments, in other words no other way around our relationship with God. Unless you learn to listen to the master and the written word which is His commandments.
Someone once asked me what my ambition is. I told him that since I gave my life to Christ and made him the Lord of my life, I don't have personal ambition. My only ambition is to do the will of he who is the Lord of my life which is Jesus Christ. Anything you see me do is because he asks me to and I might make mistakes along the way but my focus is the will of my Lord. The devil is smart to know our personal desires and amplifies it to make us anxious and unreasonable to the will of God. Which will make our desires to be in conflict and we become deaf to the voice of God. Why our prayers and communication to God is centered on what we want, and has little to do with God's purpose for us and the Church. If you want to work in that peace that passes all understanding you have to step back from your personal desire and lusts and ask the Father 'what is thy will'. In the will of God there's peace even when it is accompanied with a valley of death, in that we fear no evil, because those that know their God, will do exploit. A true disciple doesn't follow his/her feelings or desires, a true disciple follows the master's commands.

I pray we turn from our personal lusts and search out our masters command and follow it to the glory of His name Amen
