You are good to go. Go ahead and schedule your interview as adviced by Drenimarcus.

You should also send an email to the US Embassy requesting the K1 Packet along with other directions. You should provide details such as you and your fiance email, case number, date of birth, passport number, phone number, etc. They will reply on a weeks time with this generic mail below:



The above mail comes with the K1 Packet along with other documents. The mail has no significance in itself. It however confirms that the US Embassy has your casefile and is ready to interview you.

Thank you i will get that done tomorrow, It is just weird that we have not received any email or mail from them to go ahead to schedule the interview and what do they mean by saying i should prepare my document as directed in the appointment letter as i do not have any.

Hello Families, My wife travelled from Usa to Nigeria in 2016 with her service dog, and we have all our document and health vaccination and all that, But when she got to Nigeria she was help by the immigration that said we do not have an import permit eventually we were lucky that charged us and let her and the dog go, Now she is coming over again and this time around i need to know WHERE DO WE GET AN IMPORT PERMIT FOR THE DOG AND WHAT ARE THE PROCESS, I have searched on the internet and i cannot find anything on it, Please if you have done this before or travel into Nigeria with pet please help.

I also use Nigerian Visa's sometimes, and have never bothered checking how long I was stamped in, until one time I stayed for 5 weeks hand had issues going back.

It was then I discovered they only stamp you in for One Month.

To your question. Yes you can renew or extend her visa at the immigration office nearest to you.

Sorry not yet married but coming to Nigeria for that and we plan on staying here for a long time. so that can be done right with her current visa expiring by this year June

Since she is married to you, you can request for 'Niger Wife' residence permit also at any immigration office. If you are in LagosN preferably at Alagbon-Ikoyi immigration office.

How and where will that be done, Last time she was here was in June 2016 and now she is coming back and will be staying for atleast 5months to 6months she has till june left before her current visa expire so need to know if there will be a place to renew it here without trouble

I just got my own package today mine arrived on april 5 and it says Processed Through Facility until three days ago was when i start wondering what was wrong so i went unto the nipost website and saw a number which i called a guy named OLA and i gave him my racking number the guy said it was seized by customs due to the drone inside the package anyway to cut long story short i paid him 6k and i just got my package today 4/ 20/2017 I cant screen shot the whole screen so that should help.
