I went to court to certified but it was done via stamp( certified true copy) and signature of the officials.

But someone told me it only has to be the Notary way of certification with a particular Bold red sticker.

I have a valid IELTS result with all bands over 6.0 but due to expire January 15th 2019...... I dunno whether it would be acceptable if I lodge my visa application this year.?

it's stated in the Australian border website that the minimum requirement is 5.5 in IELTS. ....but it wasn't stated whether it's for undergraduate or Master.

My IELTS result will expire on 20th of January 2019. I want to apply for Visa application now. I don't know whether the immigration department will demand for another one provided my visa application outcome is not yet out by 20th of January.

That right!!! am pretty sure he can air his own views without asking me to shut up too. You know i hardly be on here because everybody thinks they know too much and no body pays me for typing in here and chipping information here as well.....Its close to midnight here of which whether i pass wrong or right information...my sleep is precious but yet i choose to be on my keyboard. Australia has switched from a policy called SVP to SSVF. Under SVP Universities / Schools are the one in charge of issuing international students visa for mainly Masters & Bachelors degree students.

Under SSVF rules is clumsy and open to many interpretations.

Good day all,
I just received a Refusal Mail and 3 years ban from Australian Embassy.
I called them on Friday morning and was told my application will be finalized this week.

I callled them today to remind them of my start date. I was told it has been finalized and sent to migration officer for assent. The case officer that actually handled my application is Valdinah.
The Devil wants me to turn to evil and believe there is no God. There is God my dear.

Action taken already!..
-Called the Operational Bank manager of the Bank, he was expecting good news from me but hearing this he was shocked.
He told me that the Branch nor their head office in Lagos received any such mail from the embassy for confirmation from the bank and how come they reached conclusion of such.
The letter to my sponsor that I submitted was also cleared by their legal department in Lagos.
He has assured me of their support in any way the bank can help.

I spoke to a lawyer, we have agreed, he will write to the Embassy and copy the Bank as well, mandating the Embassy to carry out their personal investigation from the bank. Also that if the embassy did not want to give me visa that they should overturn the ban because at no point did my sponsor( Father ) submitted any bank statement that is not genuine.

Tomorrow, I will be heading to the lawyers office as today normallly is their Court proceedings for cases in court.
I will welcome any input and advice on the way forward.
Some persons that knows me outside this platform knows what i am saying. You may choose to believe or you may choose not to believe either.

My concern is that 3 years Ban, it will tarnish my record because of their inefficiency, laziness, carefree attitude and poor judgement to verify documents. My mum has been praying, prayer of death to any persons or officials involved in this unfair decision. I can't blame the old woman because she has been part of the process and seeing this one questions if truely God still exists, yes their is God, today, now and forever more.

I doubt these guys really verify documents from what has happened to me.

I will follow up with the lawyer and the Bank as regards to the letter they will be writing to the embassy.

Got a mail from them last week Wednesday after I mail them that my assessment is complete, only for the finalisation of migration officer

Yet to get the good finalisation news from them.

From information gathered, I believe people going for Masters by course work and Bachelors degree has a very high tendency of Visa grant because of STREAMLINED VISA PROCESSING policy.

Anybody with same believe can shed more light to it.

In a nutshell, the Basic duty of a "Migration Officer " is conducting basic immigration enforcement checks and prevent illegal entrants in the country. After that, your Visa Grant will pop up. ( it seems you are not comfortable hearing from the Case Officer that your application is awaiting final checks and approval by the Migration Officer) lol!. All application pass through the same process.
