I really appreciate everyone's patience concerning the June shipment.

This is to express my regret for being silent for some time on this thread. I believe my reasons for this is unacceptable by everyone for the silence.

However, I must state that I have been trying every possible means to get this issue resolved both in Nigeria and here in the US but it's all proving to be a slow process. I have not given up on it.

And I'd like to humbly ask that all parties involved in this late shipment should give me more time to resolve this.

I can't explicitly state how and what is going on concerning this issue on this thread but I'm assuring all that I'm not having a good sleep since this issue began.

Moving forward, I was able to meet the owner of the company last week when I went to New Jersey. And he promised to do a thorough search across their warehouse in order to find the box.

I would also like to ask for everyone who has a creative way of resolving this issue with the shipping company to privately message me. I'm not a know-it-all in this regard.

85% of June 12th Shipment came in today and the rest will be available before the end of next week according to the logistics company.

The batch that came in is currently being sorted and will be available for pickup on Monday.

So if you receive pickup codes from me today, please reach out to my dispatcher ON MONDAY(not today or tomorrow) to receive your items.

But really, the last time you said something here was on July 18th...this is july 24th..I don't think there is anything bad in you coming here again and reassuring people as regards the shipment...you might say you need to get concrete updates before updating the thread but I hope you know people here are really worried.. many are so disappointed already...and nothing is forthcoming... Hello guys, according to the information I just received from New Jersey and the receiving office in Nigeria, June 12th shipment should be in Nigeria by the 16th and ready for pick up by next Monday or Tuesday.

This same company told us that the shipment was awaiting clearance last week so we hope they are not feeding us with lies again.

Also, seeing that this shipper has not been completely upfront with us and is therefore deemed untrustworthy we’ve decided NEVER to use them again.

I want to absolutely apologize for how this shipment has turned out.

Hello guys, so sorry for the delayed response. I had to be clear about what was going on before updating the thread.

I called New Jersey few minutes ago and I was told that the shipment is currently being delayed in Addis Ababa but is expected to leave for Lagos before Monday.

It’s been a very challenging one but I believe everything should be fine before mid next week.

I’ve also decided that subsequent consignments will be shipped via Atlanta or New York for faster delivery.
