Menstrual cramps differ in severity, from mild to moderate to very severe. Every woman is different. Some have it mild, others very severe. It is nobody's fault, just nature.

Another thing is infections and some medical conditions in a woman can worsen menstrual cramps. You can ask your mum or sisters.
