Hello everyone, dmostcheerful said that the PayPal sent to her vendor is pending on his end, the reason why this is pending is because her vendor is in debt of $1,700 and already has a chargeback of $2,700 on his account (i have attached a screenshot of her vendors balance)

Her vendor tried to scam her to use her paypal to pay his debt .

dmostcheerful asked me to get screenshot that the payment was not pending but completed on the sender's end (i have also attached the screenshot below)

After sending the screenshot to the dmostcheerful, she said she cannot pay me my complete money because the icon beside her vendor's name, means that payment was sent from bank.

I told her, that the icon, appears next to business accounts, and simply means her vendors account is a business account.

Please paypal gurus in the house, the icon close to her vendors name (circled in blue), please come to my aid, when does the icon of a business account mean that payment was sent from bank?

As a middle man, you should be able to bear the responsibility should any issue arise considering funds you buy or sell. It is one of the risks of the middle man business and anyone unwilling to accept that fact should not be a middle man.

I would therefore appeal to all forum members to note that csckid and dmostcheerful do not practice good business ethics, and should be closely watched.

Until i am refunded or paid csckid and dmostcheerful should be marked and watchlisted as bad traders.

@Chatflick your reaction is very much understood, knowing how crazy PayPal can be with their Alpha and Omega rules and regulations, but before tagging someone a scam or fraud, you should lay out all that went down between both parties, and if any form of agreement or resolution is not possible, you can have it raised for moderation.

@CscKid, to avoid being tagged as a scammer or fraud, always do your due diligence before providing your services. Just one bad transaction and an account could get banned. You know better, so I don't need to talk too much.

I waited for payment for 15 hours, and he did not pick any of my 30 phone calls, csckid had made no payment, after 15 hours i asked him to refund my PayPal if he could not pay

He agreed and told me i would be getting my the PayPal refund very soon, after 5 hours he has not refunded the PayPal and still refuses to pay.

csckid sends me a number of a person i have never done business with in my life, someone that i do not even know, that i should contact the person for my payment. I told him to tell that person to either pay my money or refund the PayPal, as he is the one who did business with that person so why is he trying to make me take responsibility for something i know nothing about.

I never did business with this person, i did business with csckid, and csckid was the one who provided the email i should send to.

My supplier is copperA2015, and i had to borrow money to pay my supplier as i am the one who did business with him, i did not give him csckid number to go and collect payment

It has now been 19 hours since the PayPal and screenshots were sent to csckid and he refuses to pay me or refund the PayPal.

If he has any issues with whoever was receiving the PayPal, is that supposed to be any of my business.
