Select off-campus. There’s nothing to get confused about. It’s either you stay on/off-campus. Most international students live off-campus. The international education office might even assist you to get an accommodation off-campus, if need be. Just have your money ready. Omotola222: 2 Likes |

Say you don’t have a sibling or family members in the US. All your ties are in Nigeria. Since you don’t know if your parents would be back before your interview, just fill ‘no’. Because if you fill yes that your parents are in the US this moment, and they returned before your interview, you will then tell the VO no, your reply won’t correlate with what you filled in your DS form. Just say you don’t have anyone in the US. Francangel: |

Jukwasi:Yes, I don’t know what you mean by “okay” are you talking about the chances of getting a visa? What is your total COA? You will only per semester here. If you are able to pay for the first semester, you can always hustle around before the next semester commences. Some on-campus student employments might not even be enough for your upkeep. Some schools will promise you employment but upon arriving, it’s another story. If you can get employment offer first, then cool. 1 Like |

osadestiny: Not an issue at all. It only shows your sponsor have enough in his bank account to sponsor your education all through the duration. Some schools round up sponsor’s account balance to the nearest figure of the COA. But in your case the whole amount in your sponsor’s account balance was rounded up. You are safe. |

excellentwork: Go to your program page and read on what the program will offer you. You can rewrite that in your own words to answer the question ‘why did you choose Troy University?” The school being designated as military friendly has nothing to do with the reason you picked it. It only means the school offers post-military education. Are you in the military in Nigeria? Talk on what you stand to gain from the school. 1 Like |

excellentwork: Nice job but then it’s too wordy. May I ask why you don’t want to go with your child? The boy is still very young. Do you think you would be granted a visa if you decide not to go with your son? There are people here in the U.S that did this same thing with the hope that the hubby and child would come over later but they got denied. All you need is to provide a bank statement that can cater for you both. 1 Like |

kinkymax:That’s still fair enough cus it’s allowed to resume two weeks after resumption, don’t know about your school tho, but most schools allows it. Not a must you have to resume the exact day session begins. Just mail the school about it. |

Please I need someone to help clear this. I applied MBA in the school of business and I was charged 25,000 naira for the form. I later changed the faculty to social sciences. I now applied for Masters of Industrial and Personnel Relations. Thinking it would be academics masters but it’s professional. My question is what courses are under Academic masters and why was I charged 25,000 naira? Please I’m so worried. Thanks |

That was how they arrested one of my course mate, delayed him for long hours until midnight and finally followed him to his parents house to collect money before he was released at midnight. All because he has beards. There’s nothing good to write home about them. Majority of them are also involved in internet fraud. And they are there forming yahoo boys hunters up and down. |
