Marriage is not an easy journey, and at the risk of generalizing, it's the men who ruin it most of the time. I know what it takes for a married woman to remove her ring, it's quite symbolic and it's never just about the ring.

I'm glad you have forgiven your husband, but please learn to deal with issues the right way. Removing your ring is not a healthy way to deal with issues. I'm quite confrontational and I actually don't see the essence of removing a jewelry to make a point. I'll rather trash it out face to face. God knows that if my husband insults me I'll probably give it to him back twice over . . . And then I'll go pick up my ring and adorn my fingers . . . I no send anybody!

As for the cheating, I can only say that you need to let him know in clear terms that it is completely unacceptable. I've said it several times on this forum that my husband knows the repercussion for cheating on me is me cheating back. I know it's petty, but that's the only way I can deal with such betrayal. My husband knows that if he cheats on me now he's giving me the go ahead to cheat, so it's completely up to him.
