I forgot to add that none of my friends want to move to Adolor besides i did add that i wud prefer a stalite. I dont need any baby burden, i just need company.

The police in Nigeria are touts with guns. I wasnt thinkin of leavin the country till i had a terrible experience with them.

I had just left my school with my friend after reading till 11pm. We stay just opposite the school. Just as we were walking and i remembered the next day was his birthday i gave him a hug.

At that moment a police van stopped by the side of the road and accused me of being a prostitute (i was decently dressed with a long sleeve top and a pair of jeans btw as it was cold) and my friend an armed robber.

They slapped and spat on us repeatedly. Even showing our school id cards warranted more slaps. We were cuffed and asked to get on the van, that we would be taken to the police station unless i call my father and tell him to bail me out of the prostitution charges with N30k.


We were just kids and didnt know what to do. Luckily for us, other students we were walking behind noticed we had vanished and walked back to see what was going on. We all emptied or pockets for them and ended up with N1500 and a ton of begging and crying before we were set free.

Before then they even cocked their guns ready to shoot us by mistake and seized our phones.

Just that horrible experience has made me hate the whole country. I will stay in yankee till something equally as horrible happens (which i seriously doubt) . The country is out of order!!!

Staying alone is making me go crazy. I need a female roommate in a beautiful self con off campus (i currently stay in Ekosodin but its too dangerous so i'm moving to Adolor). I figured here would be a nice place to search since freshers are coming in and need a place to stay.

What do u do? Are u a professional programmer? I'm actually doing this for my big bro. He dosent have access to a computer right now and the project is driving him crazy.

As the summary says i'm using java to create a software to detect change in motion from what a usb webcam displays. Sort of like a security system.
I'm using a software from www.icaste.com for the webcam drivers. I've bin able to get the webcam's specifications like its vendor and product id, number of interfaces nd endpoints etc but the problem is reading the bytes of information that the webcam is sending to the computer. I managed to compile a program but it restarts my computer anytime i try to run it.

Pls i need help urgently because i have to be done with the project by next month!
