I think this is a brilliant move by the Lagos state government to limit the number of undesirable people in the better parts of Lagos, mainly the islands. Talking about cities, Nigeria can boast of some of the best cities in Africa. Lagos and Ibadan in the West, Abuja, Kaduna and Kano in the North, Enugu and Owerri in the East, Porthacourt, Calabar, Uyo, Benin and Asaba in South South. All these cities are world class cities. Almost all the states in Nigeria have upto five cities excluding the states capitals.
