This your jab doesn't water down or cover the obvious truth in his article.

Buhari as an aged presidiot may not live much longer to see what his place in history would be, but his children surely won't be proud reading them.

Politics / TM Kazeem Tanimu Advises The Nigerian Youth On The Way Forward Amids Crisis by Greatpoet(m): 6:44am On Nov 17, 2020
In this season of stress, ups and downs, and turbulence young people are finding true expression and are discovering their true potential. They are looking for an opportunity to push that potential into practice and use.

My message to Nigeria youth today Monday is that they shouldn’t give up but take a leap of faith, stay calm but stay resilient. Their resolve in what they believe in shouldn't be compromised, they should inculcate more tactics, more intellectual resolution and have differed moment of sober reflection.

Reflect on all the things the youth have been through over the years in the hands of our leaders. They should reflect on the strength of our leaders and the substance of our leaders. Forget the pain because if they constantly put their mind on it, what they will think about will be indictive.

They should consider their contributory role towards nation building not about who is wrong and who is right but what can they do to make a difference. And must always know that their contribution to national development and nation-building is very paramount and you don’t need to have so much to contribute your quota. What do you have and what can you give should be their watchword.

The collective output and calculation of all what young people are contributing in their own right will bring about the due Nigeria we all desire for. Every young person should wake up and realize they have something to offer to Society. And you cannot be offering society burden when you’re demanding something from Society. You can’t give something when you are holding down so much of hate and bitterness

Free your heart, let go, look ahead and remind yourself of those who have dropped by the side while you keep walking forward and never give up because the ultimate price is about to bring prosperity and hope to Nigeria and that hope is what Nigeria desire. keep pushing, keep moving and keep working. God bless Nigeria youth God bless the federal republic of Nigeria.

Timi Frank to Burnaboy, Tiwa, Falz, Davido, Wizkid, others: 'Your struggle against oppression shall not be in vain'

Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, on Monday, urged Nigerian celebrities not to relent in their struggle to ensure that Nigeria becomes a better place.

Frank in a statement in Abuja said that their contributions to the #EndSARS protests which the Federal Government tried to quell by deploying soldiers funded with taxpayers’ money to commit heinous crime against the youths #20:10:20LekkiTollgateMassacre shall not be in vain.

He commended all Nigerian celebrities who not only participated but contributed from their scare resources towards the success of the ongoing movement to better the lives of the suffering Nigerian youths.

He insisted that the leadership roles played so far by celebrities like Burnaboy, Falz, Davido, Wizkid, DJ Switch, Tiwa Savage, Banky W, and others to numerous to mention show that there is hope for the Nigerian youth.

He hailed Burna Boy for his 20:10:20 musical audio which has immortalised the struggle as well as named those behind the brutal murder of unarmed peaceful protesters whose only offence was that they rightfully gathered to sing the National Anthem.

He also commended him for singing truth to power by naming those to be held accountable for the gruesome murder of youths who were protesting against bad governance in the country.

According to him, Burna Boy’s audio is one of the best songs that has captured the struggle by Nigerian youths to ensure better governance in the country through the #EndSARS protests.

Frank said: “Burna Boy just confirmed himself a true Comrade with this sound. This is the direction to go!

“I urge our artistes to realise that they're the front-liners in this struggle. This song by Burna Boy should unite our youths more. I wept after listening to this song.

“I urge those who haven't listened to this song to go listen to it, so you can understand why I'm being passionate about it in this statement.

“All our artistes and celebrities should follow suit, so we can immortalise the efforts of the youths who lost their lives during the #Lekki Massacre.”

He lamented that while the US Government sent armed personnel to travel over 5000 miles to save just one of their citizens in Nigeria, the only offence the Nigerian youth committed before they were brutally massacred by Nigerian solders was to gather and sing the National Anthem.

He described the present administration as anti-Nigerian youths, anti-democratic and anti-people following their wicked killings perpetrated by state sponsored soldiers at the Lekki Tollgate and those who died in Abuja and other cities in the hands of the police and government thugs during the protests.

“No doubt that the blood of those killed at the Lekki Tollgate on Tuesday October 10, 2020, will haunt General Muhammadu Buhari, Tukur Buratai and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and their families forever.

“General Buhari, Buratai, and Governor Sanwo-Olu must not go scot free - they must be tried at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for deliberate crimes against humanity.

“If the country was habitable, the youths wouldn't have taken to the streets in unprecedented numbers to clamour for a better Nigeria.

“No Government has impoverished Nigerians, especially the youths, the way the Buhari-led regime has done, yet we claim to be operating a democratic system of government.

“This government is synonymous for playing the politics of divide and rule among the Nigerian youth.

“I use this opportunity to call on major players in the private sector and other well-meaning Nigerians who donated to support the Federal Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic to equally donate towards the welfare of the injured and families who lost loved ones during the EndSARS protests.”

He also commended Nigerians in Diaspora for the support and critical role they played during the EndSARS protests and called on them not to relent in coming to the aid of their kith and kin back home in the struggle to fashion out a better country and a government that works for all.

#EndSARS: Buhari’s speech insult upon injury, says Timi Frank

Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, on Friday, described President Muhammadu Buhari’s national address in response to the ongoing protests against police brutality as an insult upon injury inflicted on Nigerians by his bad policies and harsh socio-economic conditions.

Frank made this assertion in reaction to the Thursday night broadcast by the President.

He accused the President of gross insensitivity for not acknowledging the massacre of scores of Nigerians by soldiers at the Lekki Tollgate in Lagos.

He said that by not paying respect to the dead, injured and bereaved families, the President has shown that he is neither a father nor a leader.

“Buhari as the Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces is incharge of the Nigerian Army and therefore cannot deny giving the order to deploy soldiers to the tollgate who rained bullets that massacred the #EndSARS protesters.

“It is evident, I dare say, that Buhari deliberately omitted to condemn the ignoble act and order investigation into the massacre of unarmed and peaceful #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki Tollgate on Tuesday night because he is complicit in deploying lethal force for the infamous military operation.

“It is unthinkable that after such a horrendous rain of bullets on unarmed protesters the President still could not empathize with the wounded nor sympathize with those who lost their loved ones,” he declared.

He called on the International Criminal Court (ICC) to take strong action against Buhari, the Governor of Lagos State and the Nigerian Army for the pogrom.

He said that rather than being conciliatory and stooping to conquer, Buhari’s speech was filled with military rhetoric even as an elected President.

He said: “Clearly, there is nothing to cheer in a speech that belittled and attempted to hide a tragedy of mowing down innocent youths who were out exercising their fundamental human rights and voicing their frustrations through peaceful assembly and demonstrations.

“Besides, the speech was laced with threats and condescendingly vexatious. I dare say that Buhari’s speech poses more threat to national security than the peaceful protests they forcefully dispersed with high calibre military arms and ammunition.”

He lamented that the President was more concerned about increasing the salary of policemen and other armed security agencies while neglecting to talk about compensation for youths killed or maimed for life at the Lekki Tollgate.

He added: “Buhari’s speech is a monumental insult and mockery on Nigerians. No sympathy for the wounded and bereaved.”

“Rather, he threatened Nigerians. His statement was mechanical, disjointed and unpresidential. Nigerians deserve better! What a shame!”

Message From Reno Omokri to The #EndSARS Movement

In the American Civil Right Movement, the great Martin Luther King Jr once said "In spite of temporary victories, violence never brings permanent peace.”

Our Nigerian movement is on a different continent fighting a different form of injustice, but the principle remains. To achieve lasting change, lasting peace, lasting justice for all, we cannot resort to acts of violence.

Letting our movement boil over into violence will sink ourselves to the same corrupt values and shortsighted vision as this government. It would also be a tremendous strategic mistake.

In an exchange of violence, our fists and torches will never compete with the might of our government's tanks and guns.

But we have something far more powerful: a growing, popular movement that will not rest until we have justice. We can sit out their threats. We can stay in the streets. We can boycott those who do not stand for justice. We can extend this march from the streets of Abuja to the feeds of Facebook and Twitter. We can win the hearts and minds of leaders, journalists, organizers, and students. We can register more voters, and show up in numbers never seen before.

That is a war we can win. It may take longer than we want. It will require patience and discipline. But we will prevail.

Let me be clear: the government wants our movement to turn to violence. They can beat us at that game. They can take that opening to bring in the tanks. To quell what we have built. To justify their excessive force and free-wielding expression of it. They want to not only defeat us in the streets now but to delegitimize what we stand for when they do it.

Non-violence is how we stop that outcome. It is how we achieve justice.

I know this is hard. I know how angry you are because I am angry too. But let's stay united. Stay focused. And win this through the right -- but hard -- means of non-violence.
