That said, I think you should check the Anzcosearch.com website for a profession that is related to procurement/supply chain.
When you've done that you'll see the body that's to assess you and their requirements. As much as possible, make sure that the profession is on the MLTSSL list (You'll find that on Anzsco too).

Select the 189 visa while testing and from what you have written, I think you should be able to have a minimum of 75 points on 189.
