My question are

I am in delima now. This is almost one year and seven months of staying together no good result via getting pregnant. A doctor I told about this asked if she had done abortion before but she said no. I am scared right now because I wanted to pay bride price by November. Where and how will I handle this.

I want you to know that the viability of a pregnancy is not actually affected by the position of the womb(uterus). It seems to be natural and undisturbed in some women. However, it may be considered after other causes of female infertility are ruled out.

Going for fertility tests doesn't exclude you. In case you haven't, you should go for fertility test too, to be sure you're not contributing to the inability to conceive. Each partner knowing his/her fertility status is the first step. From there, proper solution is sought for.

Also, do not ignore the advice of the person above mine.

It’s normal to have vagina bleeding during/after sex especially if she's in her menstrual period, and there’s probably no cause for concern. Bleeding after intercourse is also normal if it has been awhile since your partner's last sexual experience. 

However, if this is not the case, then it could be caused by trauma/irritation to the cervix(if there's not enough vagina moisture, or if the penetration was too vigorous this time).
There is also the possibility of other root causes. Like; it could be a symptom of an infection, or an early warning sign of cervical cancer.

She should see a doctor if this happens many times after sex or if the bleeding is associated with pain.

ADVICE NEEDED

We're trying to conceive (wedded last year). My wife didn't see her period again this month (the 3rd month in a row) and requested we visit a hospital for tests (especially hormonal balance check).

The first lab test was a scan which says there's fibroid in her womb (2.5cm). Doctor says surgery is the way out.

Meanwhile she had no symptom before, but started feeling a slight waist pain 2 days ago which I suspect may be psychological (I may be wrong).

I certainly don't want surgery. Anybody with suggestions how best to go about it, please give us. Thanks

Actually, if fibroids size is between 1cm-5cm, it is considered small. But if she experiences increased pain or discomfort, increased urination, swelling of the abdomen, then the fibroids have increased in size, taking up space meant for other organs.
If the doctor insists surgery is the only option, she should undergo it just as someone suggested here.

Please does sperm quantity ( I mean the volume that comes out at ejaculation), shows sperm count is high or low? I mean can you conclude that you have high sperm count by the high volume of sperm you ejaculated?

Actually, fertility-wise, whether a man ejaculates more or less amount of semen does not matter. What really matters is the quality and quantity of sperm in the semen.

Most times, men ejaculate 6ml or less of semen at a go. And every millilitre of semen can contain millions of sperm. It's better that each millilitre of semen should contain at least 15 million sperm. Less than this can reduce a couple's chances of conceiving.

In addition, a man with low semen volume but a high concentration and motility of healthy sperm may be more fertile than a man with high semen volume but low sperm concentration.

There should only be a concern when a reduced volume is associated with low/zero sperm count.

Regarding your sperm at 29 million/ml,
You are considered to have a low sperm count if you have fewer than 15 million/ml. Having less than this indicates a low sperm count and a decreased chance of getting your partner pregnant.

With your total motility at 60%,
Total motility is the number of motile sperm in the semen. In a typical sample, normal motility should be at least 50%.

Also; for a normal range, at least 50% of your sperm sample should be active.

Normally, if both of you have just been trying for some months to get pregnant, you don't have to worry much. With no factor(s) disturbing the male or female fertility, there's high probability that she will conceive soon. It only becomes infertility issue when there's a failure to conceive after 1 year of frequent, unprotected intercourse with your wife. Your wife should also go for some tests to know her status too.

In this case, he should go for full body checkup which includes blood tests, urine test, ECG, ear examination, eye test, X-ray and scans, kidney examination, thyroid testing, diabetes screening, anemia test, liver function tests.
He may know the root of the problem through these. How old is he?
