Validate your claim by allowing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to meet your master one on one, Because without that, MNK claim is still right
Most black men have zero sense. I don't like bushari and his people and what he's doing, but a terrorist meeting the president over idiotic claim is too dumb. Sometimes I wonder if black men are truly fully humans. Thier level of thoughts are just too below the human race.

Jobs/Vacancies / Don't Do This On Your New Job by henrybangs44(m): 12:02am On Oct 15
Getting a new job can come with excitements and you just can't wait to show your boss and your colleagues how brilliant and resourceful you are. You just can't wait to impress them. You may even think the people already hired are not doing well.

But before you ruin your stay in your new organisation, read this

1. Never try to outshine those who have been there.: this is one of the mistakes newbies make. They always feel like they know better, they boycott the people that have been there and want to be the boss's favourite. You will get tired and when you bounce back you will realize it's not actually as you think, there are people who have been there, respect them

2. Minimize the use of the word "I": even if you are responsible for 99% of the job done, you have to use we in your reporting. The use of " I" in an organisation is awkward. Try to master the word "we". The bosses already know your contributions, they're not dumb...but they won't tell u...they will just be assigning you to new tasks. So u don't have to use "I" to prove you are resourceful or capable.

3. Don't start doing anything you know you cannot continue: You are just coming and you do task outside your job description to please the boss...hmmmm you will soon get tired and you will look like a hypocrite later. If you know you cannot continue collecting your boss's bag any time he/she comes to the office don't even start it. Keep your peace. If you know you cannot keep buying food for everyone in the office don't even start it, cos when you stop...hmmm you know

4. Listen more than you talk; most newbies are full of energy, they hardly listen, they just keep talking. Listen to others, understand them before making your points, don't be in a haste to talk without understanding what others are sayin
5. Be friendly but don't be a mugu. Some of your senior colleagues will use the advantage that you are a leaner to use you in many ways. Be friendly and firm

Health / Do You Experience Itching After Bath? Read This by henrybangs44(m): 11:02pm On Oct 14
Bathing could be fun for some people. But if you have Aquagenic Urticaria or Idiopathic Aquagenic Pruritus, bathing or having contact with water is far from fun.

There are many reasons why you may experience itching after bath or after getting wet but these two conditions are the most common natural reasons why bathing is always a nightmare.

The two are similar but different. What I have is Idiopathic Aquagenic Pruritus (IAP). But briefly, if ur condition is Aquagenic Urticaria here's how u will know through a quick test....just place a drop of room temperature water onto the skin, if hive is formed within minutes..then diagnostic is confirmed. If not then your condition might be IAP if its natural (not caused by disease).

Both AU and IAP are due to natural causes. They are inherited from parents and do not have cure, only remedy to minimize thier effects. They are caused by dry skin.

I've been suffering from IAP for as long as I can remember. It has been nightmare since during Sunday school periods.

If I bath, or got beaten by rain, or swim or even sweat, it all results in itchy skin for the next 10-25 minutes. This could be embarrassing especially if u have people over in ur place. Scratching ur skin ain't cool at all

Boarding school was hell as the itching increases with irritating environment. Once the environment is not clean enough the intensity of itching increases.

So I decided to do a research on my own before reading anything online. My research for 10 years and what I read online about causes and management are 90% match.

Though not all baths results in itch

Here's what you need to know about what triggers the itch

1. Dry skin: The drier your skin is the more the itch. That's why some seasons you experience itching more than some seasons.
Remedy: After bath, don't drag the towel on ur body, pat or damp instead and don't completely dry the water on your skin.
Add Sodium bicarbonate to your bath water (baking soda) before bath.

2. Temperature: this is tricky. The reason why u get itch when u sweat is because the temperature of the sweat is less, causing evaporation and cooling your body as result the temperature of your body becomes less than the temp of the environment. In summary, ensure that the temp of liquid touching ur body is greater than that of the environment. When you sweat, don't remove your shirt..allow to dry slowly as any sudden change in temperature will result to itching

3. Soap used: don't use harsh or antiseptic soaps. They take away the oil in the skin and increases dryness. Use mild soaps without fragrance, soaps babies can use.

4. Psychology: I've seen some researches that suggest that IAP can be triggered from the nervous system based on the psychological condition of the victim. That's why somtines when you have visitors the itch is not noticed because you know you are in the midst of people.

The drug used by most people include
Triamcinolone
Non sedating antihistamines
Alpha interferons.
(Make sure you consult your doctor before taking any of the drugs, it could be dangerous to your health).

One advantage of having IAP is that you never get to catch any skin disease because your skin is dry and don't allow bacteria or virus to breed... So your skin is always smooth and fresh to the lookers... So there's still advantage.

Pls note if you have skin condition after the itch its not IAP. IAP has no visible skin alteration

Politics / Re: ‘it’s Sabotage’ — Lawan Tackles MDAs For Failing To Defend FG’s Loan Request by henrybangs44(m): 7:36am On Oct 14
Vaughanlanrewaj:

So much for your failed upbringing when you use these ungodly and horrible words to cover up your inability to read and comprehend what was written up there.

If Lawan was like you at your age, cursing everyone whose life reminds you of the success ,perhaps your parents never had, and that hardwork and humility bring to a purposeful individual , today, Senator Lawan won't be a PhD holder and become a Senate President , despite coming from a humble background and obscure village in the northern Nigeria you look down on .

I don't need to meet Senator Lawan in person to know why he is a success today. One of it is obviously humility that you lack or was not raised with as a value .

Before others carry on with your arrogance and poor character, what Senator Lawan opposed is the release of the funds to the MDAs unless they defend it before the Senate. In the past, the MDAs would have even obtained and finished those loans before Nigerians know and now start using EFCC to chase the corrupt public officials up and down after they have looted it like some of the questionable loans at all levels of government today.

Your pride is so obscene that I cringe that a youth could be this proud and toxic at such a young age because you have the privilege to hide behind a keyboard . It's preposterous and that's why the future of this great nation can't be in the hands of ill mannered toxic youths like you.
Dullest African I've seen so far. Wetin u write now make sense abi? I don't know what to tell you...but ur brain is gone and u can't contribute meaningfully to the development of even a zoo. You are truly the latest model of zombie

I'm just the IT guy that can have all your IT issues solved. Most organisations want that guy that can handle thier most of thier IT problems. They want Someone that can set up thier presentation, edit thier videos, snap thier pics, set up thier projector, organise thier zoom meetings, handle their sound when having seminar, design tgier ID cards, design thier fliers, all these little things that many of them can't do.

They are hot in the market...anywhere the bosses go...so will I.. They can't leave me behind because I connect everything and make thier work very easy... In simple words...I'm the go-to guy...

Not this this...there are many things you can do that will get u jobs instantly if u are gud. Take for example animation. It's in high demand and u can make as much as 20k per min for animation..multiply that like say 20mins... There's jobs everywhere for u... I started animation recently... I'm still a novice in that but I can assure u the demand is by far higher than supply...how many animators do u know? U are brilliant already ..so all these won't be a problem to u..

While Boko Haram terrorists and all manner of bandits are wreaking total havoc in the North, everyone ignores. However, the same people ignoring the carnage going on in the North are more bothered about East, not out of love by any stretch but out of wickedness and morbid hatred.

What is happening in the East is nothing but sponsored terrorism. Yes, it's sponsored terrorism all aimed at destabilizing our region for inhuman and attrocius aims.

It is common sense to note that IPOB or any other group that is Igbocentric will never go out to attack our people so senselessly and without any motive whatsoever. We Igbos have the worst set of leaders ever! Aside Abaribe that is never scared of saying the truth as it is,the rest are timid fools, they will see the truth but shy away from saying it out of fear of the North.

With all the backlash against IPOB, if they're remotely responsible for the killings in the East, particularly Anambra and Imo, they would have stopped completely since they know the Igbos are now massively angry. However, the more angry Igbos get, the more killings occur in the East. Ask yourself, who has a motive and stands to gain with the increased killings in Igboland and once your brain is able to process it, then you will know those responsible for the killings and fake anarchy in the East.
You would have made sense if you say all terrorists activities are sponsored by some evil people. But saying Igbo people ll not kill themselves like that...is there any region that ll kill themselves just like that? You are being sentimental, and that's what's wrong with what u say. What u describe is all over not just Igbo land. All Nigerians are selfish, greedy, wicked peool from all regions, non left. The only way we can get better is if we acknowledge we are all bad. Are u not tired of all these Igbo is better or Yoruba is better or Hausa is better thing? Wen ll this end?

Hahahahahah igbos are the most naïve people in the country with thier yam legs. They are educated but lack Wisdom. I dont know when u people's brain will develop fully. Normally I dont argue with a terrorist...because they lack the intelligence to argue without emotions. When Igbo people are arguing they shout and become so emotional over something they dont have the Brain capacity to understand.

I can have a brilliant argument with anyone from Nigeria because they have sense...but def not an ipob terrorist.

How can u argue with a terrorist that claims he's fighting for his people and still killing them It will be insane to think he has the capacity to have a descent argument. Brain dead people
