For those ppl crying for just the little wait for AL , you better take a chill pill oh!!! The second name for this German waka na Patience.

...Waiting for AL
...Waiting for Visa appointment
...Waiting for AM (N.a. this one you go remember your maker)
...Waiting for your passport after AM.

So you see, You need to learn how to be patient and get yourself busy learning the language . Ok!

Good luck guys and babes.

Talking about Food.
I'm OK with just beans and rice (I can't go a day without those especially, beans)

So, my planned list of food stuff is

15k9 of beans
10kg of rice
Maybe some Some garri
3liters of palm oil
Some ground paper
Salt
Maggi
Onions

I don't know how available and cheap these are over there because I don't mind omitting some considering the fact that I like traveling light...

What do you think?

Leave rice, rice full here.
And that your p/oil is a 50/50 thing. Hope they don't see it

Hi. After reading about Maggi I went to their online page. They have plenty different ones in Germany, check out https://www.maggi.de/produkte/bouillons

If you want to bring food with you, I just read that meat and egg products are not allowed to be carried to Germany, because they could bring bacteria over or something like that. If they find it, they will keep it at airport and destroy it. No joke.

Hmmm
Point of Entry matters.
I came in with dried snail, dried Kpomo, dried meat.(like I said the things I came in with......)
I am sure if my luggage was searched it MIGHT have been a problem but bless God it wasn't

I buy this at kaufland for 0.70 ,it's really nice

Lol, don't tell me you carried the bags on your head. Anyway, Leipzig is a smaller airport compared to Frankfurt. Imagine if it was Frankfurt you landed, with no coins for the trolley, Mehn na Gobe be dat now, from baggage collection area to train station/taxi pick up. Don't try this if you are coming for the first time ohh. It won't be funny

First timer please and please don't try this. You won't like your experience oh

Personally I won't like to be seen near any international airport with a Ghana must go..chukwu ekwena. When boys de roll luggage, the person will be struggling with bag wey fit tear any moment..lol. my thoughts tho.cheers.

I sold the boxes I took back to Nigeria when I went for the holidays. While coming back I bought 2 strong Ghana must go for 2k each.( the boxes I sold weighed 5.3 kg each).
That's how I entered Leipzig Airport with my bags oh like one market woman. Seemed like Zoll was scared to search my bag they just asked me to go.

That's how I dragged my load oh. Everyone was just looking at me.

If I tell you the things I came with. Box sef for cry.

I have a handheld luggage scale, so I am always on point

We are plenty that are waiting for these dates and we are even the ones with somewhat early admission. I wonder what's gonna happen at the end of May, June and July when admission letters really start pouring in.
Try the email system. It might work

It depends on what your school requests. Make sure you stick with that. I used Magistrate court and got the admission(Then the school never open eye) . So it matters for some and others it doesn't.

This is obviously one of the reasons why emphasis is laid on reading previous posts. Waec scratch cards are for visa application only. Kindly spend quality time on previous posts to avoid questions like this.
Someone said uni assit needs it to verify from this year.
Don't know if that's true.
Please how true is this

Greetings Everybody.

Please I'd be going to certify my documents tomorrow at the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt.

I have questions:

Do I need to go with any other document apart from the ones I intend to certify?

And what's the cost of certification?

Thanks in anticipation.

If you ready to do it yourself and make enemies you would pay less than 400 box for as much as 4 sets.

But if you don't have energy then just speak to the lady at the first door on your left. I think she would charge you like 1500.

Yeah but that would be for Summer session right? I'm applying for Winter. The issue has been resolved now though, I think it was from Uni-assist. I even went as far as emailing and calling Dr Klaus and he was way more helpful than Mrs Simone.
For winter not summer. I had mine January for winter admission. Anyways Dorman is always helpful ,his the Dean and always open to questions.
Best of luck.
Expecting you

I emailed Mrs Simone and even called a few days later. She said that unless Uni-assist has made a decision, she can't do anything, so I should just wait till the deadline of May 15th. It's so frustrating because Uni-assist is also saying they can't do anything till they hear from Mittweida. I already applied to other schools but my heart is set on HS Mittweida. sad

For her to reply this then they are getting to their desired number because I personally know about 5 ppl who already have admission from last year and were given admission without replying .. and that was since Feb.
I hope your heart is really here.

Hey guys, Congrats to both of you on the admission. I'm curious about how you applied please. Through Uni-assist? I applied for their Bsc in Applied Math program on Mar 5th and Uni-assist still hasn't forwarded my application to the school. They said that they are waiting to receive this year's evaluation criteria from Mittweida so they haven't started forwarding applications. Just wondering how you guys got past that. I called uni-assist again today and they supposedly still haven't receive this criteria.

Send a mail to application@hs-mittweida.de the lady incharge is called Simone. Tell her you have applied via una assist. So she can look out for your name and expect an instant admission if you meet the criteria.

Please, what's involved in the process?

You write an application, (They have the format).
Then they generate a pin, you pay the money in the bank. And take it back to them.
The highest you can pay is 500 naira.
