My landlord is a hostile and unlawful man who always want to see his tenants at loggerhead. He doesn't want his tenant to relate with each other.

He hates to see visitors coming in to visit his tenants but while there is no retriction to his own visitor. On several occasions he has chased away my insulted and chased away my guests just for knocking the gate when they come visiting but I tried to cope with him because he's an elderly man.

He has a wild dog, he releases his dog at anytime to disturb his tenants and even destroy our personal valuables but everyone is just trying to manage him for the meantime we get out on his house.

There is no tenants that has ever lived and living in that house that he does not have issue with.

Imagine he's in custody of the prepaid meter card in which I don't have problem with that for security reasons but whenever we want to recharge our prepaid meter he becomes a problem for him to release the card.


How can one cope with such man?

You can make constructive point if you have one without insulting. If she a fool she wouldn't be where she is today to the glory of God. Somebody took an extraction from her sermon you haven't even seen the message but quick to call a mother, a grandmother and a woman God a fool someone God using both home and abroad while you the wise is here on nairaland everytime

My brother you have hope, though the average number of student that score above 200 - 250 may determine the JAMB cut off mark for this year. Just hope that your proposed schools bring down their cut off lower than your score. Nevertheless, with God all things are possible.

NIGERIAN POLICE CANINE SERVICE DEVELOPMENT WEARS NEW LOOK AS RCCG RE-DEVELOP FACILITY

As part of its efforts and in fulfilment of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) mission to reach out through various Christian Social Responsibility (CSR) intervention programmes, The Pastor-in-Charge of RCCG LP 47, Pastor Femi Obaweya, a well-known lover and trainer of dogs on Monday, 6th of May, 2019 handed over the newly redeveloped Nigeria Police Force Canine Division Area F, Ikeja. According to Pastor Femi Obaweya, it was during a recent visit to the Canine Division of Area F, that he first took notice of the dysfunctional dog service facility which was not befitting of Nigeria Police Force, the kennels were not in good condition and then promised to work towards uplifting the current facility.

During the visit, he also observed that there was no direct water supply to the facility which also possess a challenge to the effective running of the facility. Pastor Femi Obaweya then having sort the approval of the Nigeria Police proceeded to commission the renovation of the facility, including sinking a borehole and providing a 3.8KVA generator to power the surface tank and the provision and replacement of all metal gadgets(runway, fences, loops, barriers, etc.) with new ones for the training of the dogs. Speaking also at the handing over ceremony, Pastor Idowu Iluyomade the Special Assistant to the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of on Christian Social Responsibility(CSR), “We have done all these for NPF as our contribution and appreciation to the Nigerian Police Force good works to the community and state where we reside”.
He also highlighted the other intervention programmes of the church through its charity arm His Love Foundation @hislovefdn where over 57 million meals have been served across the 197 countries where the church is in operation over the last one year.
