You should get your funds tomorrow or next. Just a tip, when next you want to initiate a withdrawal do so on a Monday or Tuesday, so that you'll get your funds before Friday.

Okay man. Thanks. I'd be expectant but if I remember yours took 6+ days, do I still be patient?

Apologies for the numerous questions.

Premiumwriter:
It's been three days since I made a withdrawal to my local bank but my account has not been credited while payoneer shows that my transaction has been completed.

Also they sent me a mail that my local bank will be credited today (on the second day) but that obviously didn't happen.

This is my first withdrawal, does it take this much or should I contact their customer support?

Career / What Andrew Tate Taught Me About Getting Clients To Accept My Freelance Offers by ImahGabi22(m): 11:10am On Jul 27, 2022
Over the past few weeks on social media, especially TikTok, an invasion of the most controversial, intriguing — some may say misogynistic — man on Earth is causing men to have a rethink, and women, backlash.

And who is this man? Andrew Tate.

Although his videos contain some extreme views, there’s a ton you can learn from the man, especially about money and masculinity. It took me a while before I paid attention to him but when I did; I realized he walks his talk. I’ll explain.

In one of the videos I watched, Andrew detailed how he got into the casino industry in Romania.

A backstory…

Andrew is a British-American, former kickboxer, and multimillionaire. Now that’s sorted, here’s the story…

He overheard some colleagues talking about how rich the casino industry was in Romania. Apparently, some brothers were making north of $2 million dollars per day or so (pardon me, I forget at times) across their casinos.

He wanted in, but the brothers laughed him off and said they didn’t need him. And if you think about it critically, they were right.

Andrew neither had their level of:
° money,
° network, nor
° spoke their language.

But Andrew didn’t give up, it took him over a year of thinking but he came up with something so irresistible, that they would have felt so stupid to say no.

He agreed to open up a casino with his own money, build it in front of their competitor, and on top of that, offer a percentage of turnover; which means irrespective of whether he made a profit or not the brothers got paid.

And your guess is as good as mine, they accepted the deal.

Now, here’s how to apply this strategy as a freelancer…

1. Identify the biggest, hidden problem of your client: When pitching clients, they don’t usually know the entirety of the problem they have. For example, if you apply for a job on Upwork that requires a freelancer to create an Instagram carousel, don’t be like the 90% of freelancers who will apply to solve only that. Offer to improve their bio or create a better theme for their brand.

2. Make it hard for them to say NO: Andrew did this very well when he said, “I’ll build it in front of your competitor.” He literally said he’ll go to war for the brothers and it was hard for them to decline because they had a fall guy.

When you apply for jobs, phrase your offer in a way that reduces any risk or burden on the neck of your clients. For example, assuming you’re a copywriter specializing in sales letters, you can offer to be paid a tiny fee + % of sales and if you don’t hit a certain target they keep everything your work makes.

3. Be crazy: When giving out offers to prospects, you can’t be normal. One of the best offers I saw was on Twitter is proof. Have a look at this:

Why this worked?

- Stroke their ego.
- Look as if you have everything to lose because you actually do.
- Make it plain what they’ll gain.

P.S: I have a free freelancing guide if you would love to apply this.

Family / How Nigerian Housewives Can Save The Economic Situation by ImahGabi22(m): 10:26pm On Jun 22, 2022
With the rising cost of items in the market, it's quite dangerous for any family to have one person making money alone.

Because let's be real, things have gone off the roof.

Bread of N250, is now N900.
Children's clothes of N2k, have tripled.
Tomatoes and pepper are now like gold.
Meat nko, don't get me started.

I bought one kilo of chicken the other day and tbh, I pity those earning below N100k especially if you have a large family size.

As a housewife – irrespective of whether you're educated or not – you can help your husband out, and ultimately, salvage the economic situation of your home.

How?

Leveraging on the internet.

The problem with doing this lies with the ‘how.’

And that’s what I’ll be helping you with.

As a housewife, the time you have in a day is limited; from taking care of kids, cooking the dishes down to cleaning the home; it can be a lot of work.

That’s why the best way for you to earn money at home is freelancing.

Why? It requires less than 2–4 hours of your day.

This man even talked about his wife that does it here and she makes more than him: https://www.nairaland.com/6970488/how-apologize-wife

Freelancing is an online business model that involves selling a skill/service -remotely- to clients who may or may not be outside the shores of your country/continent.

The first thing you need to learn is a skill.

And there are tons of them but for the purpose of this post, I’ll be telling five in-demand skills in 2022 you can learn using your phone or laptop.

These skills require you to practice for at least 2–4 hours of your day to attain mastery.

Learning any of these skills can give you a significant ability to earn money from home.
If you found this helpful, kindly follow and upvote it to reach more people.

P.S: I created a free video about freelancing and the skills you can learn to help you under the above better

Career / Why Yahoo Boys Are Rampant (it’s Not What You Think) by ImahGabi22(m): 7:49pm On Apr 18, 2022
Why Yahoo Boys Are Rampant (It’s Not What You Think)

A few days ago, I was going through a Youtube scam bait channel and was utterly disappointed, yet unsurprised, with the tactics Yahoo boys now use rip victims of their hard-earned cash.

You see, the reason Yahoo boys thrive is because of the currency they use to scam their victims – dollars.

Currently, a dollar sells for about $570+.
So, you can calculate how much they have in naira when they scam about $300, $500 or even $1200.

This is why they live a lavish lifestyle. They don’t care because they feel the amount they’re scamming is chicken change to them.
IT’S NOT.

If you know someone doing Yahoo, or you’re doing it yourself, STOP.

A couple of them I know do so or can’t stop because they feel there’s no business they can do that pays in dollars or euros.

That’s a lie. Clearly the word freelancing is alien to them.

That’s why I have made it a point of duty to educate everyone who cares to listen on freelancing and how to make enviable income without making people cry.

Career / True Story: My Trangression Of Rule #32 In 48 Laws Of Power by ImahGabi22(m): 11:28pm On Apr 09, 2022
For the past one month or so, I’ve been binge-reading Robert Greene’s 48 Laws of Power. It’s a really great book for succeeding in life, gaining influence and as the book says, attaining power.

I’ve practically gone through the book cover to cover and it wasn’t until I had a second read on the 32nd chapter that I was reminded of my transgression of the law.

Play to People’s Fantasies.

Here’s my story;

Immediately I graduated from secondary school, one of my teachers helped me find a parent that I would help homeschool their child. I was chuffed and did that for several months. Along the line, I found another and was feeling on top of the world.

A fresh undergraduate and I was already earning good five figures.

A few months down the line, I found a school to teach in, and having developed a relationship with the principal he knew I was good at teaching and he linked me up with a place to teach private students preparing for WAEC.

I couldn’t have been happier.

But like Denzel Washington said, “At your highest moment, that’s when the devil comes for you.”

I got word that I ought to have been paid higher in the lesson he found for me, and within me I felt cheated and angry.

I was told not to confront or show any emotions but as a naïve teenager I faulted at following the latter instruction.

The next morning, I wasn’t really happy and it showed in the way I greeted him. He called me to his office that morning and fired me and sighted financial constraint as the reason.

Bullcrap.

The part that pained me the most?

I was fired from the lesson too.

Interpretation: The truth is best avoided because it is ugly and unpleasant. Had it been I had never found out I was being underpaid, I wouldn’t had negative energy that day. You see, I stopped playing to his fantasies of me being happy with the fact he found me a job and it did’t augur well with him.

So, in life, if you want to win play to people’s fantasies.

Romance / Don't read this by ImahGabi22(m): 6:31pm On Apr 07, 2022
A few months ago, I told a friend a secret.

I didn’t know how he was going to react, but I told him nonetheless. And to my surprise, he smiled and told me he was going to do it.

Fast forward to a few days later, he met me feeling gay!

It worked.

The secret I had told him had started manifesting and he came back to me...

...Happy(Gay!)

I knew you dirty mind went to the other thing.

I don’t blame you though, but I will blame you if you don’t finish reading what I’m about to tell you...

And What’s that?

     !

Let’s assume you want to get a blue Ford or a white girlfriend or anything your heart so desires, here’s what I do to manifest it quicker. I’ll be using an example of if I want to manifest a blue Ford:

• I’ll assume I’ve gotten a Ford already and I’ll use my legedes benz to go to the place I’ll first go to when it becomes a reality.

• Print pictures of Blue Fords. What you see is what you attract. This sin’t a motivational quote, NA FACT!

• Affirmations. How you do this is by reciting “I have a blue ford when you wake up in the morning and at night, at least twice)

Business / What A Spanish Movie Taught Me About Business (Interesting Trick) by ImahGabi22(m): 6:16pm On Feb 06, 2022
I love Spain. The people, language, movies like Elites, Money heist, etc and places like Ibiza.

In Elites, a girl(Cayetana) offered tailoring services and she was good at it, she was kinda poor but schooled in a rich school. In a particular scene, one of the rich girls (Lu) saw her work and wanted her to model something like that for her.

But she did something smart:

She knew that she had money and came up with an idea – for every 5000 likes she got on Insta or so (she'll pay a certain amount.)

This same idea can work for you to as a business person especially as a freelancer. Copywriters do this a lot, it's called royalties.

There's a particular client on LinkedIn that pays me $** for every first line I help him write that gets a response.

If you're a website designer, you could structure a similar deal or even better, you make your clients refer you to their network.

Hope you apply this to your business.

Career / My Experience Mixing Business With Pleasure by ImahGabi22(m): 1:48pm On Feb 05, 2022
Stop mixing biz with pleasure/personal life...

I used to be guilty of this. About one ASUU strike ago, I was so much occupied with gigs that I had to outsource some. I didn't know much people so I went to a job market where I could find people that can handle that particular project. I found two people and this is going to sound stupid but I hired this girl (particularly because she was fine) and a guy, mehn...

Before she submitted it, there was some delays but when she eventually did, mehn, I spent over 2 hours correcting the work and it still wasn't 'it' (according to the client) . Sadly, I lost that client. But I learned my lesson.

Another experience I had was with a guy friend of mine, we go way back since primary school and when I started to climb the money-making ladder, I put him through and everything. At times I outsource gigs to him and often times, he did quite well but other times, I was correcting repeatedly and cussing him too (this went on for a while and was understandable because he was still learning but it was frustrating)

So at times, when I give him gigs to do for me... he would delay in submitting them and I would wave it off because he was my guy but there was a particular incident that happened and I said ... "Omo, you no b my guy again"

After that girl incident in delaying to submit my work, I made this principle that whoever I outsource work to, they submit a day or 2 earlier than when I ought to submit it to the client... (let's say I have to submit it by Friday, they should submit on Wednesday or Thursday latest)

So on that week, I outsourced two projects, one of them foked up after wasting two days, (I was so damn pissed ) and my guy who ought to have submitted on Saturday, he said Sunday, I said no yawa... on Sunday baba gave me another excuse for work wey I suppose submit on Monday... Omo for my mind I said, "Omo, you no b my guy again"

I cleared him and ever since that moment himself know sey he fok up because that isn't the first time.

Business / Nairalanders, What Makes You Click On A Topic? by ImahGabi22(m): 6:26pm On Jan 30, 2022
Everyday, hundreds of topics are created on NL. And only a few get to grace the highly-soughted front page.

Which brings me to ask, what makes you click on a particular topic?

For me, it’s depends on how funny and problematic I perceive the title to be.

I hardly read politics or sports.

Education / Having A Hard Time Combining School And Work? by ImahGabi22(m): 2:34pm On Jan 29, 2022
If you've every struggled to combine being a student and working online, here are three tips that have helped me while studying the second most difficult course in the world.

1. You don’t need to attend all lectures: During my 100 level days (year 1), I was like a normal student. Attended virtually all the classes and this was affecting the quality of work I delivered to clients. I barely balanced both activities. At times, these lecturers won’t come thus making me lose time and money. The point here is that if you study your timetable properly, there are lectures that can, and should avoid to create time for your work.

2. Delegate tasks: I’d like to put this point as, allow your money work for you. Imagine coming back from school by 6pm, you have to rest, cook, and at times, wash your dishes, and boom before you know it, it’s 11pm.

You’d hardly perform at your best and won’t do a good job for your clients. To solve this, learn to hire people that can take care of minor tasks like washing your clothes, and for the food, you can order takeouts, etc.

3. Don’t neglect one for the other (learn time management): About this time last year, I lost about 3 clients. Exams were coming in fast and I hadn’t read so much… I had to tell them and they didn’t get back to me after it was over. This L made me realize I should never focus on one aspect and neglect the other, but learn how to balance both.

The best way to do this is allocate time for school, often weekly and another for your client work.

P.S: I'm a freelancer. And I'm trying to build a community of those interested in freelancing. I share stories, tips, catch cruise and upload memes via my WhatsApp status...

Romance / This Girl Told Me I Was Cute, Asked Me Out On A Date And Did This… by ImahGabi22(m): 12:44pm On Jan 29, 2022
This Girl Told Me I Was Cute, Asked Me Out On A Date and Did This…

A few months back, I went shopping to a particular supermarket -- like I often do occasionally and purchased quite a few items and while I did, this particular sales rep from premier cool called my attention to what she was selling and spoke to me about the promo on ground and what I stood to gain from purchasing a couple of soaps such as a free ticket to a place I can’t remember and some really cool items.

At first, I was surprised she called me and being that I didn’t have any intention of purchasing the soap she sold, I declined and promised to patronize her later. She persisted but I didn’t give in and while on my way to the checkout…

I remembered one more thing on my list and dashed off to get it … she saw me again and asked why I didn’t get the larger size, told her that this was just to supplement the one I already had.

And she replied, “Ok.”

Went to the checkout, paid the bill and while I was about to board a bike…

I saw her coming outside with a friend and what the friend said to me made my head swell small…

The friend said, “My friend said you’re cute.”

She immediately shut her up and asked me a funny question,
“Do you have a girlfriend?” Apparently, mama was eyeing me and wanted to take me out on a date… (She even said she’d foot the bills)

Quite bold! And I loved that about her.

I responded by saying, “It depends”

She later got my number, and asked if we could link-up that night but I declined because of a test coming up the next day.

We chatted a bit and fixed an appointment for another day, and long story short; She bailed on me.

As a hard guy, I didn’t call her to find out why.

Later on, when she realized I didn’t bother or send her a message but sarcastically reminded her in an “I don’t care” manner, she pleaded and wanted to fix a second meeting.

I passed and that was how things ended between the both of us before it started.

I don’t know if this relates but if you’re a guy, one thing that makes you stand out is if it shows you have money. Personally, I make $$ via freelancing and I'd love to have you in my WhatsApp community where I share my stories, catch cruise and all…
