China made PVC is of lesser quality but cheap. A bundle is N6,000 in Lagos aside the accessories, and can cover 8sqm. Price in Asaba should be between N6,500 - N7,500

You have to pay some agreed amount and they will still give you some workers who does nothing because they dont care, just make sure your usual worker work hard so you can finish the project ontime.. if not you will never finish.
Have OP discuss with Engineer Segzy14 how he negotiated with them because he went thru the same crap.
