Please can someone with a Visa ban from Canada apply for USA study Visa?

My younger sister was given a 5 yrs ban from Canada after she applied for study last year. She now wants to try USA but needs to be sure if it's going to work out.

I would appreciate a quick response from the gurus in the house.

Hello everyone, am planning on applying to a school in the UK but need some clarifications. I graduated with a second class lower(2.54), can that get me admission for masters or pgd? Secondly, do I need to pay full tuition before applying for Visa? Other information I need would be appreciated. Thanks

My first semester tuition has been paid but am faced with sponsorship account. My hubby's account is not enough for sponsorship so I intend using my cousin's account. Please I need advice on this, will I stand a better chance using my cousin's account? Please I need an answer to this.
