The event which was tagged 'itel Red Valentine', saw dozens of loyal fans and customers of the mobile giant win tickets to watch a movie together at Genesis Cinema, Maryland, on Thursday, 15th February and Friday, 16th February, 2018 where they shared captivating experiences that will leave indelible prints in their memory.




Also at the event, customers of the most sought after brand in Africa, had a great time interacting and comparing their devices with other users and met with staff of itel, where they shared their wonderful experience of the products.


Speaking at the event, the itel Mobile Marketing Communications Manager, Mr. Oke Umurhohwo said the event is a demonstration of the values the mobile giant places on its fans and customers, stressing that itel will always appreciate them. 


"It's our little way of repaying back the confidence and trust our fans and customers have invested in our products over the years. We believe that this event captures our undying attitude to always reward our loyal fans and customers," he said.

In his own remarks, the Marketing Manager of Itel Mobile, Marvin Umebiye said the mobile phone brand is very passionate about it's customers and fans and sharing a great moment with them and their loved ones is something itel is very proud of.

Similarly, 20 lucky customers who bought itel phones in Abuja were also rewarded with surprise gift hampers.

i dont know if i should say i regret buying the itel p51 i am using. bought it around December.

just two days ago it started laggng badly... then it rebooted.. after that it started showing process
com.android.phone not responding
followed by system UI not responding.

today now, it has changed.. it reboots every 5 minutes when there is network. if it doesnt reboot then know it hasnt detected my sim cards.

@ itel mobile bought the S32 as a gift to my Aunt was called that the phone fingerprint icon(ui) does not support the configuration for her to enroll and use it. When you tap the icon it only displays pattern, pin and password. How do I resolve this issue has sent email, Facebook message no reply. Require a response or I will return the phone to MicroStation where I bought it.

To set up the fingerprint, you would be required to select a backup option which could either be display pattern, pin and password. Once you have selected the backup security mode, you can then go on to set up the fingerprints.

2. On the issue of having touchpad out of the box, kindly encourage your friend/relative to take the phone to our Carlcare service center for professional support. As far as the phone is brand new, the warranty would cover the repairs.
3. We give review devices to recognised bloggers or journalists. Unfortunately, we could not confirm you belong to any of the aforementioned group

I still see no reason why recent Itèl phones are not having 3G/4G on both SIM slots.

I bought the itel s32 yesterday..but I could not get a pouch ..all thanks to your free pouch.. and I could not get a correct screen guard for the mobile..but seems one has been placed on it already..I love you guys for that.. but my problem is that the camera.. I mean the front camera..is not as sharp as the hype and videos protrait..I would paste a photo of me along with this quote for you to see what I mean..the back camera is awesome for the price range..but the selfie camera aren't..if it would undergo settings please teach me.. please.

Those of u that come here to say shit about itel need to stop that rubbish!. itel is just like any other MTK phone we have in nigeria, the likes of tecno, infinix, gionee and co.. dont come here to say rubbish about itel or any other phone if ur daddy cannt produce one talkless of u. itel is a good phone especially their latest selfie phone which is the s12 and the s32, even the price of those phones should tell u itel have u at heart. just with 30k u have itel s32 that runs on 7.os, 1gig&2gig ram, 16gig rom, 4lte(2gig version), fingerprint sc.., two front camera and a 3000 battery mah and many other futures. if na tecno do this kind phone or infinix it will cost more but here is the itel s32 ur saying rubbish about itel. stop that shit.
