The only organ of Government that can change the constitution is the national assembly and you need 2 thirds majority vote to do it. Even if you had the all the votes of the SS/SE/SW/NC, the core North(NW&NE) who are against restructuring are controlling 40% of national assembly. What this means is that you will never get that 2 thirds vote needed. We are all prisoners in Nigeria
