Ditto,

wrong numbers I guess.

What's the rate for the 2 bed?
The numbers are correct, as I explained in my earlier post i would inform my care-taker. He is an elderly man so it skipped my mind of informing him.
The pent house of 2 bedroom is 200 thousand.

On the surface, there isn't really anything wrong with Glo bringing the x-factor to naija, but my major grouse with them is consistency with most of their sponsored shows. They would likely lose interest soon, and the show would go the way of others.

chikk: Please, I beg u all in God's name. If you are:
1) not from Imo state
2) From imo state but u go there once or twice a year
3) A PASSER-BY in Imo state(U just stay a while for biz purposes or passes through to get to your state)
4) Don't currently RESIDE in imo state
Then SHUT THE F-UP!
I'm not saying Rochas should or should not be impeached but if u must take sides with him, state categorically, what he has done. Owerri is not the only town in imo state. If all the good u see are in owerri then what makes him a good governor? People there are crying and lamenting while people in town who rarely go home are making noise.

What EXaCTLY has he done. In a few months of his stay in office, there were giants structures and establishments of his(private) among which is the new hotel along okigwe-owerri road. Someone tell me the effing good things the man is doing! He converted the almighty, standard-structured general hospital in umuguma to a specialist hospital (which he has personal interest in) and scattered the nurses and doctors. The remaining he owes salaries. He converted the ministry of works facility in okigwe to some stu*pid nonsense. He repaints one or two structures and patches the road to your father's house and u come here and talk nonsense.

I don't care. If he stays or goes, but remember, for the people of imo to raise their voices, they must have been turning deaf ears to his excesses for long. Please, prove me wrong and tell me what he has done.
@chikk: This is a lady after my heart, you have truly given 'life' to this issue. Unfortunately, Rochas who i prefer to call Rocrook has a well built propanganda machinery that have severely tainted the mindset of most people outside the state. Any topic that involves Rocrook, the herd mentality comes into place on nairaland, everybody tries to outdo each other by singing his 'achievements' without pointing us to the very places, these achievements have been concretised. Even as much as people might want to deride Ohakim for his later misgivings, he still had a better vision for the state than Rocrook would ever do. Rocrook, has brought back filth to Owerri, Ohakim's Clean and Green brought a scenic splendour and tidiness to the Imo landscape. Those of you mouthing off about his supposed free education, pls you had better be on ground to know that is nothing short of a huge scam. There is NOTHING like free education in the truest meaning of it in Imo.
I hope more people would take out time and do independent investigation and thinking and ignore Rocrook's propanganda machinery.

Romance / Re: Church Girls!... Is It That Bad? by livapul86(m): 10:31pm On Mar 18, 2013
apache77: [b]@lefulefu and masagoody- we all know these things na...the churchy churchy types will not do random guys so they select carefully. they have much to lose in terms of reputation and integrity so they tend to go with the commited brothers, they must always be seeing u around or u r in a unit with them. once u r in one church group, activity or the other, all goes. they become more at home with you. they know u have as much to lose as they shd u be the kiss and tell type.
there are two types of church sisters- the young and impressionable(between the ages of 18-25) and the other group- experienced, 'I have heard that before' types-age 26-35 or older.

Now the experienced ones are the hardest to bed casually becos at that stage, they are either thru with school, wqorking and are looking for husbands.. they will stress u and atleast make sure that u r ready to marry them before giving u punny.
the impressionable types are taken in by the big car, fine boy swags and the fly lifestyle. they dont even remember they are christians, much less born again once they are outside church. they will just as easily follow u to a bar, lounge or club as they will readily follow you home.
And ofcouse, they always also expect financial gratification from you when you are parting. the only difference between them and olosho is that they keep quiet and sulk if you dont give them 'thanks for coming' unlike those ones that will raise hell.

By and large, the genuine church girls are few- less than 5% of the entire female population of any church.

Parnassuss:

This is what I am talking about. You and your sister have taken a slot that another human would have killed to have. I know it is by your brains u got it but u are killing the competition cos it is not meant for u. Say u actually convinvce and perfectly prep ur sister for the 2nd round and she makes it, wouldnt it be an absolute waste of resources caused by u? U won,t be in charge of the project, she would. No matter what you say about helping her she won,t be you and since its your idea that won the prize you se how u have cheated the country at large just for a project ur sister DID NOT WANT IN THE 1ST PLACE! sad
Dude, i perfectly understand your sentiments. The competition offered me a platform to test my concept but unfortunately it was narrowed to just the female folk, so i had to use my younger sis. Hopefully, i would convince her to follow through.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: YouWin For Women: Has Any Lady Scaled Through? by livapul86(m): 8:28am On Dec 29, 2012
I actually submitted a well detailed business plan for my younger sister and it was selected. The only snag now is convincing my younger sis to follow through with the series of trainings required. I drew up the business just to test my entrepreneurial skills but deep down i knew it was good enough to be shortlisted. I might just have to forget about it,since my sis won't go through with it.
Crime / Re: Commercial Bus Robbers Who Sedate & Rob Victims In Lagos by livapul86(m): 11:29pm On Dec 08, 2012
I hate to be the one to say it but the trend of crimes committed by my Eastern brothers is certainly alarming. My belief is that the undue excessive attachment we create in celebrating xmas in the east is the root cause of some of these vices.

Romance / Re: My Girlfriend Wants To Pay Me Off And Marry A Richer Man by livapul86(m): 2:39pm On Sep 24, 2012
sexkillz: It seems you don't know what love is, nor what you are talking about. . .

Love is not money. Love doesnt take into account money spent on an individual. You spend money on them because you are truly concerned about them, and want thier progress in life, and not because you would want it back. If he ever loved her, he would reject that money. No amount of money would replace what he felt for her. So because she left him, he should be settled? Was she initially meant to be an investment? Was the deal between them to pay him back for her education, when she gets a husband? What kind of laughable mentality are we displaying these days?

After collecting this money, will he stop talking about her and the heartbreak she caused him? Can he ever forget her for life? Collecting this money means that the love he claimed to have for her is fallacious. He would also demean himself the more if he accepts 1m. Is that the total of what he spent, if we are to start counting? Will that also pay for hurt feelings?

I understand that the level of poverty in this country is alarming. Most people commenting here and asking him to collect the 1m have not seen 1m before, and to them 1m looks and sounds like 100m. And then we ask how is it that people use thier wives for money? This is the answer! Lack of values. People no longer value anyone, or anything.

Imagine accepting money in exchange for love. . . He never loved her if so. If truly he loved her from the heart, he should wish her well and move on and stop seeking to degrade himself in this manner. She wants to eat her cake and have it. She wants to use him dump him and still laugh at him. She wants a free conscience by paying him off. . . Reverse psychology, make her die of guilt by rejecting the money.
Dude, I really don't know what part of the world you are in. But in the part of the world where I am, this love you've so eloquently described has ceased to be in existence.
Trailer don Jam this kind love troway enter inside water for Mile 2 since last year.
@OP, guy you better collect the money. No matter how you look at it, you've lost out already. Abeg, collect wetin you see, at all at all na im bad pass.

spartanian: am tempted to work my NYSC to Imo state
Dude, it depends on what your aspirations in life are. if your desire is for a state with an industrial and cosmopolitan set-up with emerging job opportunities, then Imo is definitely NOT for you.
BUT if your aspirations in life are tailored more around 'jaiye tinz' (enjoyment/flexing) and hotels, clubs and Punanies are your life ambitions, then Imo is the RIGHT place for you.
