He is Undoubtedly Nigerian's best, remarkably intelligent and a delight to watch. This brings to the fore my belief that there aren't TRULY INDEPENDENT media outfits in Nigeria. The reason for this is very Simple, FINANCE. Running a media house is Capital intensive, and in a bid to Survive and make a profit it becomes imperative to cut corners with the Govt in power. Government is largely the biggest spender to the Media, through sponsored programs, campaigns and political rallies. I actually believe this is a simple and workable plan. The hotel staff only needs to ascertain that you leave with the guest you came with. It would only take less than five mins to ascertain that a hotel room is truly EMPTY at the point of departure. Any hotel that fails to comply should be held liable and closed down in the event its facilities are used to perpetrate a crime.

Well, you could have differential rates based on what part of town is being served. Maybe look for a low-cost generation and distribution solution to serve the high-density, low-income areas. Or offer some discounts in certain locations. There are 3 distinct classes in the billing structure, those areas of low income citizens are in the first category and they pay considerably lower per Kw now than they used to. The issue is more of our awoof mentality to Consume without taking measures to conserve. I am no GEJ sycophant but in all honesty the improvement in Power supply in my part of Festac in Lagos is nothing short of amazing. Since Last week Sunday, I can authoritatively say that the total number of hours I have been without power supply isn't more than 3 hours. Unfortunately if you are in Lagos, you can't get Metrodigital but if you're in Enugu, Port harcourt and maybe Onitsha, Metrodigital is ok. Yes, they show the Epl and Ucl.

I totally endorse this post. There is absolutely nothing wrong if Pastor Bakare engages the Govt in constructive criticisms of its actions and policies but discernible and unbiased readers would agree with me that the Pastor's speech was anything but constructive. In all honesty most parts of his speech reeked of Absolute hate for not just the President's family (Why attack someone's economic background or does the Bible now tell us it is a Curse to have been born in a poor background?) but also an incitement of other parts of the country against the Niger Delta.
Please someone needs to educate the pastor that the level of Hate in his speech is clearly not one of the tenets of Christianity.
