I just installed this 12v 2kva Sms sunmate Hybrid inverter. Owner has a cheat freezer of 105w. My concern now is, the inverter couldn't power the freezer even while all other loads are off.
I know freezer has an higher startup current, i just thought the 2kva will be enough to power it.

My question is, what size of inverter will be recomendable for that size of freezer?

Use something like a 6mm cable between battery and inverter and don’t let it be a long distance and let every point be well tightened

Sorry I didn't get back I was able to return it to the Schneider store (First Option).

Now they are telling me it's board damage and it is not covered by warranty.

Is this true for the Schneider Homaya? Because this happened barely one month after purchase and while I've been going back and forth with them, 2 people with inverters (TBB and Soccer Power) have had their inverters repaired under warranty without all this stress.

One thing that wowed me about my TBB inverter, it was repaired under warranty, no cost at all, except I took it back to the company/factory. I called a so called electrician to help separate house load, only God knows what he connected one to another, he put on inverter after the so called separation and it was a loud spark, and inverter refused to give output again. But it was fixed without hassles within a day back at the company

That is a one in a thousand scenario, desulphators usually work when installed with a new battery or a partially sulphated battery. There is no chance of recovering a fully sulphated battery

But what about all these desulphator chargers, I have seen one GBM battery pass through this, the GBM has used more than 8years and still going strongly

Though an unusual thing was done before using desulphator for it, we changed the battery water in it, charge it with a desulphator and still doing strongly till now

My brother I am using rebuilt inverters 5kva and 7kva, with transformers. there is a chap in arena that redesigns the inverter to your spec. The best thing about this , is the parts are always available.

My brother, your experience is what makes this thread strong. You are advising people ahead.
This issue was brought up a while back about inverter ac , and whether to use transformer based inverters.
I opted for transformer based inverters and I stuck with my normal ac. And it has been fine my neighbors inverter ac , keeps giving the guy problems and does not chill very well.

I have considered all my light bulbs in the 232W, so that is 16 light bulbs of 10W and 2 4ft fluorescent tubes of 36W each. I will not use more than 25% of that load on an average day.

I am happy to replace the ceiling fans. I would only run 2 and that would be during the evening/night.

I don't have an AC yet so I will consider an inverter AC when I get round to it.

To be honest I still genuinely believe that up to 70% of problems brought up here were somehow caused by the user and they're either not saying the complete truth or don't know enough about phones to figure out what they did that led to their problem.

I've seen someone whose phone fell inside water for quite some time and he just put it inside rice and continued using his phone then a few weeks later his phone develops faults and he acts like he doesn't remember his phone being submerged in water just a few weeks prior then try to blame it on a harmless security patch update.

I've personally used 8 different Xiaomi devices and I've never faced any problem or serious bug
