Today at the consulate... I had to turn down going in for the interview cos my wife had issues with her ds-160 number so she wasn't allowed access to interview.
We plan to reschedule together for a later date.
Is there any implication to this cos I didn't cancel my appointment.... I jst did not show at the interview as scheduled... I can't go in without her
No implication, after 48 hrs your receipt number will be reactivated then you can book another appointment. Same thing happened to my sister.

Na wah o! All those Tarant county people in Texas, pls take note. I'm so,so confused now with all these stories, even with zero balance and all they still did not believe you.

The tin just tire me o,two pregnant women were denied in front of me yesterday.A lady that had her zero balance was also denied ,she told the consular that she was going on vacation for 2 weeks n ended up using the visa to have her baby n spent 3 months. It is well

Hello all,I applied for renewal of my visa by dropbox but was called for interview n denied. The consular asked how i got such discount n i explained to him that its because am self pay,he checked henrico drs hosp website n insisted i used county assistant which i didn't.I went with all my bills, receipts n zero balance. How else do I prove that I didn't use any government or county assistant and should I reapply asap or chill till am ready to travel in may?

Just compare the Nigerian schedule with this one and note the vaccines your baby has not taken. Check the number of doses too. Your healthcare provider should be able to figure it out. You might want to stick to the Nigerian schedule afterwards especially past 6 months.
Also did your baby get BCG?
Ok,i will n she didnt get Bcg.Thank you so much.

Rotarix is not free, I paid 7000 per child, PCV is now paid for by Govt so you will be asked to pay a token at private hospital but at govt hospitals it's now free. I paid 1k per child in a private hospital.

I don't think cereal is ok for them at three months o, think it's from four months. Am not good at it sha, I know gu it.

Missexiest, 28k for Rotarix and one other? Hmmm, that's toooo much, of all I think it's only rota that is fully paid for by you now, the rest has been subsidised by the govt. I paid fully for pcv 1 and rota 1, by the time we came back for pcv 2 and rota 2 we were told pcv has been paid for by Govt and we just paid 1k for administering and paid 8500 for rota cos they said the price has increase, but we paid 7000 for it initially. We used private hospital. Check elsewhere I beg.
Thanks, will go to a government hospital. The dr said 14 k for rota,14 k for pcv n will pay 1k each for the pthers lol I just laughed n said ok when he told me..Which hospital did u use?

Tojued:

Please read the links i put up on this page for immunization. The paed explained very well the different vaccines for different ages and the gap in between them.

I honestly don't understand your card, it's too different from mine.

Immunisation at fmc jabi is everyday, but I believe rotavirus is Tuesday and Thursdays. I took mine on a Thursday.

Stop worrying your head, when you get to FMC the nurses will help you interprete your card. So long as you're humble when asking lol.

Edit: I just noticed your card is the US one. I have absolutely no experience in this regard but you may have to take some catch up shots cos our Nigerian schedule is different.
Ok I will.Thanks a lot,God bless u n urs.

Hi guys, had my sunshine over a month ago at henrico drs hospital, richmond virginia although I stay in maryland n most hospitals in maryland were too expensive so I searched online n found a dr n hospital with a reasonable price after calling more than 30 numbers. My host had to drive 2:30 hrs to richmond each time I have appointment with my obgyn, i n my baby were well taking care of n vd is 2150 while cs is 2790 or there about.I had my baby thru cs n I got a bill of 25000 n I was asked to apply for medicaid but I refused I was later sent a bill of 3550$ for me,my baby n epidural which is very reasonable for self pay.Cant thank God enough for his mercies n favours concerning this trip,my baby n i.Hes been so good to me.Tank u baba God.I can see some people tried to dm me but I dont know how to go about it,Pls let me knw if I can paste my ob/gyns name n number here.

In d spirit of giving back,I left abuja on turkish airlines 3 weeks ago.I was able to get pta of 8k dollars from unity bank caused my mum also applied for pta.I wasnt asked for fit to fly, the journey with turkish was smooth n long.My poe was new york and I was directed to use the self service machines and after scanning my passport I got a paper with my details on it and was directed to an immigration officer who didnt have a computer system,he asked me why am in the us and I told him childbirth then he asked for the last time I was in the us and I told him then he stamped me in till october and was asked to go.I picked up my box and wasnt sent to secondary inspection.Am presently in maryland but the prices have been getting are on the high side.Porting to virginia which is way cheaper..

Hello house,

I just got back from seven banks...Diamond, UBA, Access, Zenith, GTB, Stanbic IBTC and Fidelity. All in Abuja.

Fidelity(beside Ceddi Plaza, central area) does PTA, they will put me on queue but you have to have an account with them and the account must have been in operation for a minimum of three months.

Stanbic IBTC(on the same street that has Rivers house in Central area) does as well. They said you will apply here in Abuja, be on queue and when cash is ready they will call you for pick up but cash can only be picked in Lagos head office in person. No proxy allowed.

I just taya!!

Please anyone know of any other bank/branch here in Abuja that does?
I n my friend were able to get $4000 each from unity bank last week wednesday n ww applied for it d previous thursday..go to the adetokunbo ademola branch in wuse2
