Top of the day folks, please I would like to enquire on how long it will take for WES to receive my certificate, I sent my transcript earlier through DHL and it has been received but unfortunately the transcript was processed with statement of result, because I didn’t have my certificate at the time, however there is a provision for online uploading of the certificate and I’ve done that, now my question; does anyone know how long it will take for them to process it.

NB: they’ve received and processed my transcript.

Send a mail to your institution if they've went the document

Login to your profile to send a message to wes if they've received the package. BTW did you quote your reference number on your documents?

My institution have sent the document and that was why I was able to track it with DHL, I’ll explore the option of reaching out to WES, I’m sure my reference was quoted on the documents.

They’ll give you an estimated completion date that’s a month away but they can have it ready in 7-10 days, especially if your school doesn’t delay with verification

My school started the process immediately after making payment, and we used the courier option(DHL), DHL has delivered it since 27th of June when I tracked using the tracking number. What could be the issue.

Maybe 2 weeks, they need to confirm from the issuing institution. They normally state when the evaluation will be completed
