HOW TO MIX THE CHEMICALS

1. SOAKED ¼ KG OF ANTISOL WITH 20 LIT OF WATER FOR 24 HRS
2. DESOLVE ¼ KG OF SODA ASH WITH 1 LIT OF WATER
3. DESOLVE 2 SPOONFULL OF CAUSTIC SODA INTO 1 CUP OF WATER
4. ADD 1 LIT OF SULPHUNIC ACID INTO A BOWL AND ADD ¼ KG OF TEXAPOL INTO IT AND STIR IT TOGETHER VERY WELL
5. Dissolve your color with little quantity of water in a keg for some hour to dissolve very well before using it
6. Dissolve 1/4 kg of stpp with 1 lit of water
7. Dissolve 1/4 kg of sls with 1 lit of water

PROCESS
After all this have been done, then you will now add your color, perfume and dissolved sodium benzoate into it to taste and start mixing it for another 20 min.

After all this have been done, then you can now put the finished product into the container, label it and pack in inside carton. The products is now ready for market.
