Purchase a token from any nepa office or accredited outlet. (you can also pay and purchase online from your bank account). Plug the small box given to you to light source and enter the token purchased. Press the green or enter button. (make sure you do this when there is power supply) and BOOM, UP NEPA!!! Suprisingly, they also brought the meter for me free of charge.

Hi damesilver, have you finally found a solution to this issue please? my battle has been people telling me to pour this and that on affected areas and I've searched and searched but I cant find where their harborage is.
