INEC has said they will not appeal the judgement. BVAS report were issued to APC at instance of Tribunal directive so the second BVAS report has become after thought. INEC explanation on synchronise BVAS sounds funny because the election results were declared based on the one issued to APC and not on synchronised one as claimed.

How did the judge accredited the overvoting to PDP candidate ? Are they not supposed to have a rerun when it's obvious accreditation is not voting(meaning the over voting could be from any party member)
