Lmfao!

You actually read to reply not to understand TF! If you can explain the correlation between sagging boobs that are PERFECTLY NATURAL and a protruding stomach that isn't born of an illness, then you'll begin to make some sense. What's the ratio of women who shame men for their pot bellies to men who shame women for things like BREASTS THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER?
Pick a book, educate yourself from the happening in your surroundings and don't be so confident spewing BS.
Incase you find it difficult to understand, all I'm trying to say is that age IS NOT a defining factor for every woman's breasts of body part.

YOU'RE WELCOME.

EbukaHades10:
Blah Blah blah blah blah is all u just typed. Even though(as u put it) i know nothing about the female anatomy,i sure do know that a 17 year old boobs has no business with sagging. Maybe at God knows when but come on,not at 17.

Going off about ignorance and whatnot, the same way u girls criticize guys at 17 with protruding bellies is the same way guys frown at saggy breast at 17. So,who is the ignorant one now?

We really need to educate the younger generation about the human anatomy, I mean our fathers and their fathers had the excuse of inadequate education or knowledge, but you! You spewing this bile, what's your excuse for being this ignorant even with the excessive flow of information around you?
I won't be surprised if you also believe that a woman's intimate part widens due to numerous partners Lmfao!
Just so you don't remain this confidently ignorant, BREASTS COME IN DIFFERENT SHAPES, FORMS AND SIZES. If your comment was intended as a joke, it was crass, tasteless and tactless.

EbukaHades10:
How is this one 17 years?

Who and who press this bwest at 17 or b4 17?

How the bwest go be if she enter 25 years?

How this one take concern Jesus?

I'm going to try as much as I can to be polite, before you get judgemental and rude, kindly bear in mind that not everyone has the time or strength especially after several tries.

In the post, I stated that I wasn't sure that was what had happened, however if it was the case I hoped people could see my post and be a little more careful, the post was to educate and inform, responses there have helped too, something your comment NEVER did.

Everyone is smarter and better on another person's issue, I want to believe you didn't mean to have your comment sound as rude, aloof and judgemental as it did. If so, I'd expect a retraction or an apology.

Best regards.

There is no stage you all are going through now that we didn't go through. But somehow we had each other to pull through.

Looking for visa spot made me meet some lovely friends I have for life now. We kept watch for each other.

Hi guys!
So i don't want to say that I've been scammed because the day isn't over, however i got in touch with the individual whose post I'm quoting after he responded to my post asking for someone to help me with the appointment booking.
We exchanged a few emails and finally agreed that I'll make half the payment and the other half upon confirmation, got his contact and account information, made payment today, sent him an email informing him that the payment had been made, i called the number but didn't get a response, now its no longer reachable.

We constantly complain about not being trusted by outsiders but don't make any effort to be different, i honestly hope that I'm wrong about my assumptions. However, if its truly the case of being scammed, i hope the fee solves all your problems,we learn everyday.

May the universe repay you as it sees fit.

I want to personally thank you for your efforts in making sure other persons here get solutions to their problems in one way or the other.

I am not just thanking you solely because of it, but the very fact that you are new here, have taken out time to go through the thread and also deem it necessary to help others with solutions to their problems. Pls keep it up. We need more persons like you. God will surely see you through in your pursuits.

No worries, sorry for the too many messages, I just keep remembering stuff.
At the end of the interview, endeavor to catch the names of the interviewers, that way you can check their pages on the schools website for their emails, send them a thank you mail right after, it's also a chance to reiterate your passion for the school, sometimes you get a response, in my case I did.
Just bear in mind that they're interested in you and that's why you're getting a Skype interview.
Lastly, relax, smile, and enjoy the conversation.

bukolaakin:
Whao, I actually didn't think about asking them questions. I think this is a brilliant idea. I so much appreciate your openness. Thank you.
Travel / Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by Mystique20(f): 9:21am On Dec 12, 2018
Write a mail to the school detailing your complaints, they'll advice you better. As for the language requirement, you can either send them a mail requesting for an explanation as to why you have to prove your language proficiency when your country's first language is English and you've schooled your whole life in English or you can go to your university and request that they give you a letter of language proficiency, stating that your BSc program was completely taught in English language (before you run and get this, kindly confirm from the school if they'll accept it) finally, when writing Saud mail, be firm but polite, so you don't give off the "rude or entitled" attitude. Don't blame them, many "graduates" from Nigeria can barely string up a complete sentence.
All the best!

mexzony:
I have seen some good courses related to software development but then when I check requirements I see stuff like Specifically, admission to the graduate MSc programme requires knowledge in propositional and predicate logic, linear algebra, calculus, probability theory, automata and formal languages as well as familiarity with object-oriented modelling and experience with object-oriented programming languages.
I don't know automata.
The course is MSc in International Software Systems Science
University of Bamberg
I did pure physics here in unilag.
Those things up there dey weak me small.
Also this English language requirement.cant I juts tell them my Bsc was in English entirely.
Even at that those things up there dey make me feel like if I go now I may struggle to catch up.
I swaer four years for Nigeria be like waste.
Travel / Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by Mystique20(f): 9:50pm On Dec 11, 2018
Hey, I almost forgot, you should prepare a few questions you'd like to ask them, it's advisable to ask questions related to the program, shows you took out time to go through their brochure, and you're willing to put in work and make research.
I'm my case I asked how the structured and paired students during the thesis preparation, and I was lucky to have the lecturer taking my area of specialization at the interview so I directed some career inclined questions to him.

You should have an idea of what topic you want to research during your thesis, and why that topic,my school demanded it.
Best if luck.

bukolaakin:
Thank you so much. This is really helpful. Yes, I did send my CV and my undergraduate degree was in economics. I will structure my preparations along these lines.

I didn't apply to that university neither did I apply for same program in another university, but I had to undergo a Skype interview and maybe my experience might help you prepare :
Firstly, during your application I'm sure you sent your cv, if yes, be ready to explain and defend any and everything you put down.

Secondly, if your program of study involves theories, concepts and stuff like that, you might want to know as many of them as you can remember, if you can explain via examples, it'll help too.
You'd have to tell them why you picked their school over others, and how your choice of course is related to your undergraduate program if you're going for an MSc, if not you'd explain the reason behind the switch.
And then be ready to discuss some questions arising from your motivation letter. All in all the interview last about 30-45 minutes.

NB: BE ON TIME, IF POSSIBLE CALL THE SCHOOL ABOUT AN HOUR ON REGULAR CALL TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT, THEN SEND A SKYPE MESSAGE A FEW MINUTES BEFORE THE INTERVIEW TIME, INTRODUCING YOURSELF.
Hope it helps.

bukolaakin:
Good day house. I applied for the MA development economics program at Gottingen University. I received an email from the department today to prepare for a Skype interview next week. I will appreciate sample interview questions from past or current applicants into this program or similar program in other schools. Thank you for your responses.

That's true, because the other day I checked during the day and I saw a few dates, but my admission wasn't certain at the time, I checked last night and they said no available dates.

happystep:

To me there is no special time for getting it. Most of those people that occupied the appointment may still cancel it and the slot made for people who are ready with admission letter and other requirements.

Just keep checking 3times every day or more it may come up 6pm at times

If you know you don't have money and admission why not give way for others.

Many start reading up from last summer threads in part 4. I started from where I left the thread which is page 101 of part 5. It will not kill rather you gain more from past successful stories and disappointment. Mined you many of the old guys are now very busy. They may not attend to every question especially the ones they had answered repeatedly few days back.

We are all humans. Consider that those who answer these questions are not robots.

I'd have to bother you a little more, I'm trying to open a blocked account on fintiba, the site is requesting FOR MY TIN number, there's an option for those who don't yet have a TIN number, however, I've clicked on it but it's still requesting for my TIN. Please advice, thanks.

And for your second question!
No, you don't have to fund your account completely before your interview date, but then you have to fund it quickly after your interview so that it won't delay your visa

I hope this helps

The certification of your document is meant for university application. some schools request you forward your document(degree certificate, transcript, WAEC certificate, etc) by post after applying online and since you can't send your original documents, you send certified photocopies... And the certification of these photocopies can be done at the embassy, a notary public or high court..... I hope this is clearer..

Hi,

thanks for the detailed explanation apologies for the late reply, I'm still trying to get a hang of the site. So if I understand you, the request for document certification is from the university to which the student applies, the embassy doesn't necessarily need those, it only carries out the act. Please advice, thanks.

Fabcol:

The letter of motivation for university application can be typed but the one for visa application should b handwritten

For documents certification: make photocopies of all the documents you would be sending by post and take this photocopies along side the originals to either a court, a notary public or the embassy for certification

N/b: you would be certifying the photocopies not the original
N/b: if you choose to go to a notary public or high court, ensure they include a seal
N/b: certification at the embassy is free but at a notary public or court you would pay a fee

For embassy certification; you will need book an appointment, then also go with the photocopies and originals with also the university application form . https://nigeria.diplo.de/ng-en/service/verification-of-nigerian-documents/1015552 for detailed information about certifying at the embassy..
Most of the schools in Germany are tuition free even for international students, you only get to pay a certain amount as semester fees say between 100-400 euros and most times the semester fee comes with a semester ticket to aid in transportation in your city or town.
However, before you're granted a student visa, you have to prove that you can take care of your living expenses with one of the following means ;
1. Block account: The estimated living expenses for a student in a month is 720euros, when you multiply that by 12 months, you get 8640euros. This is the amount you're required to block in an already opened account with either Deutsch bank, Fintiba or Xpatrio. It is called a block account because you will not be able to withdraw everything at once, only 720euros will be released to you every month.
2. Sponsorship letter: If you have a relative living and working legally in Germany, they can get you this letter. They'll have to visit the alien office in their city and will be required to provide some documents and pay a certain fee. The letter will be sent to you when they receive it so that you can go with it for your visa interview.
3. Scholarship: This is usually the best if you have the scholarship, your visa will be granted in under 2 weeks after interview. So try and look for scholarships you can apply to.

Now that you understand the financial situation, let's go into the application process.
To search for schools, click on this link
https://www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programmes/en/?p=l&q=&fos=0&lang[]=2&fee[]=0&sortBy=1&page=1&display=list
filter your search to make it easier, there are English taught courses there.
Generally, the very important documents needed to apply to schools in Germany are;
1. Transcript
2. English Proficiency
3. School Certificates (Degree, Waec, etc)
However, depending on the school, some other documents needed are as follows.
4. Curriculum Vitae
5. Motivation letter
6. Reference letters
7. GRE test
8. Etcetera.. Visit your prospective school website and find out the documents they need from you.
Note: You don't apply with your original documents, you have to make photocopies of them and Certify them in High court or a Notary public. If you stay in Lagos, you can certify at the German Embassy too. You'll have to book appointment for that.
For those planning to go for a Bachelors course, you need a 100level transcript from a university to apply for a BSc program in germany. WAEC alone will not be enough and No, OND will not do, you need a HND.

For the application proper, it is always important to go through the website of the schools you want to apply to, you'll get a lot of information form there concerning how to apply. Some schools do only online applications, some requires that you send your application documents to them by post after applying online, some you send your documents as pdf to their email address and then you get the uni assist crew.
Like I said earlier, it is important to go visit and read the websites.

When you get your admission letter, open a block account immediately(that is if you don't already have a sponsorship letter) and as soon as you get your account details, send an email to the embassy requesting for a visa interview date.
You need these to get an interview date:
1. Admission letter
2. Block account/sponsorship letter/scholarship letter
3. International passport data page(scanned)
Then your Full name and Resident address.

Prepare for your interview
Go for your interview

Would advise u read from part one

Hi, can I get clarification on "certified copies"?
And does the motivation letter have to be handwritten?
Thanks.
