On this note, Prof. Jega appointed five different acting chairmen at different times when he was away from Nigeria to oversee the activities of the agency. All these times there was no time President Jonathan interfered.

For President Buhari to appoint INEC Chairman and commissioners, there are process to follow which he didn't follow but rather chose to sack a commissioner whose tenor never ended and as far as this decision remains, it is null and void and of no effect whatsoever.

This barcanista guy is very intelligent, more knowledgeable that most of us here. But his bias and negativity is not helpful to him. Even if its true that all things hr mentioned have been going south, does he not know thats as a result of the destructions left behind by PDP. No matter who had taken over from Jonathan would have experienced most of these failures, especially at the start of a successive-tenure. PDP planted bad seeds that's currently being harvested by The current Government. But we are on track to pick up. Nigeria is under Buhari's rehabilitation.
