CONPASS is for paramilitary agencies viz NSCDC, NIS, FFS, NCorrectionalS excluding Nigeria Customs Service.
CONPSS is Consolidated Public Service Salary Structure for core Ministries excluding Justice, Petroleum and Aviation. It also includes some parastatals such as NTA, Railway, NIPOST, Population Commission, VON (although they are already proposing a salary increment) and a host of others. You may want to avail your self of information on CONSOLIDATED SALARY STRUCTURES FUNDED BY NATIONAL TREASURY. There are a lot.

We also have SPECIAL SALARY STRUCTURES FUNDED BY NATIONAL TREASURY

and then we have SELF FUNDED AGENCIES

Though Mr Amadi did not use the exact words Mr Fanikayode claimed, an inference can be drawn from Mr Amadi's tweet '... who is this. So it is true?'.

Ofcourse anybody reading his tweet wiould understand that Mr Amadi was propagating the false rumour. It is no surprise that he subsequently deleted the tweet and apologised.

If this goes to court, it may not be a slam dunk for Mr Amadi.

FfK should delete the tweet but not apologise.

Exactly what I opined. "So it is true?" is more of a rhetoric than an actual question whereas Amadi's legal team claimed he tweeted "is it true?". Very misleading I must say......

It will take effect from April 2022 with arrears of Jan. - March 2023 paid. However, this figure you are quoting may not be correct.
I heard the peculiar allowance is 40%. 40% of what? Basic salary? Don't forget that the current structure already has some allowances embedded in it. So it might not be 40% of basic.

Anyways, congrats to the civil servants on CONPSS. That existing structure is too poor.

That's one thing with any respected institutions going partisan, you lose credibility. No one will take this their afterthought seriously.
