Lolz, according to some video clips I watched on youtube, American will say 'God Bless You' or 'Bless You' when somebody sneezes near them but I don't know if we Nigerians give such or similar responds when someone sneezes near us.
A muslim will say 'yarhamuk Allaah' according to a site.
