tobasamuels:Bro, This is just so wrong. If nobody will point out your shabby attitude to you right now, I will. I'm not surprised. The Big 4 firms are peopled by many like you. The foul-mouthed know-it-alls. Ever heard this sage advice from The Great Gatsby? "Whenever you feel like criticizing anyone, just remember that all of the people in the world haven't had the advantages that you've had." Why should you think about this every time? Because you don't know everyone's story. A simple Google search brought some people to Nairaland(and this page) for the first time, this is probably their first time on the road to a Big 4. Navigating nairaland or prepping for the test, which is more important? And why should I bother reading many pages when there are good samaritans asking me to drop my mail to have the past questions sent to me? If and when you get into PWC, never forget that you will be working with people, and lashing out when people seek your advice, your guidance, your expertise through questions (it matters not how easy the question appears to you) is one way to be remembered as an all-time asshole. I wish you the very best in your potential career. |
otugbem:vince.chuks2018@gmail.com Thank you. |
mrollyB:You didn't take the time to read his biography. Go back again. Read it line by line. Highlight his involvement with the PDP government, then quietly withdraw your unintelligent position. Comprehension is our greatest problem in Nigeria. |

jessedaflow:Ohh...ok. Have you done the test? Any insight? |
Hi Guys, Who else got the shortlist mail from Heineken? |
My assumptions again? I think most companies will resume their recruitment process in March, after the elections must have come and gone. I also think the process will be long and tough. But for those that will get in, it will be worth the hustle... I wish all of us happy waiting. |
Paultaiwo101:Sadly, I'm 26 already. But it's all good. I have a little over 1 year audit experience. Maybe, I'll try investment banking. It looks like a tall order already. Thanks for the response. |
Hi guys, Please, I applied for the tax GT position. I'm 26 at present. Do I stand a chance(I have 1 year experience in another Big 4)? Or is it possible for me to withdraw my application and go for advisory instead? Advice please! As an aside: the back and forth trading of snide comments looks childish to me. Please sheathe your swords, people. I know some elders are reading and shaking their heads. God bless all of you!!! |
I did the video, too. I think my video size was 154mb. Then, I compressed it using a video compressor software. Final size came to like 9.3MB... Why am I not all positive about this recruitment? My worries are many ✓ The STEP looks like a whole, new program, giving room for a lot of guesswork by HR. What are they looking for in the videos? What is the selection criteria? ✓ What are we vying for? An MD trainee position? A chance to head to Tanzania and create or expand Sahara Tanzania's business ?There is more, but I would rather hear from better informed people. Please, who can explain what this program is all about. PS: I didn't bother doing the first video; I had a feeling it was a useless venture. Now, I have done the 2nd one. I still have no clue what I'm getting into. Help, please? Help? |
Quick one guys... Is there any one here who didn't get the stage 2 video invite? Like someone who did the first video, but isn't shortlisted for the second video? |
Nonsense... Regrets come from doing "it" with a lady you don't love. Sex with a lady you truly love is pure bliss. Methinks Keats was referring to having sex with the love of your life when he said, "a thing of beauty is a joy forever" If you haven't found her, keep looking. No nonsense posts! |
damtan:The mail was sent December 9, 2018... Hoping against hope. I wish you luck. |
Lollllllllllllllllll... Guys, if you click on the job link from the advert, you get this message: "Sorry, this job position has been filled." In an ideal recruitment, the message should be, "Application is now closed." I have been around this job searching thing to know when something isn't right. Move on, guys. Better things ahead!!! |
Why do I feel this position has been filled already ![]() Nigeria is a country filled with magicians. |
Interesting.... How did you apply, Bros? |
Keziehenry:Nope... US used. But good as new. 5 hours battery life and follow come charger. |
SOLD!!!!! |
Ghostmode2two:Your ignorance can only be matched with your stupidity. There is something called getting the facts before rushing online to type bullshit. Because I want to help, here is the process of attestation. Learning never exhausts the mind, you know.

Only recently I engaged an American on Quora, and right here I share his impression of what is wrong with Nigeria What do you think? Is he right? Or wrong?
|
Hi guys, Please I just completed the BAT culture questionnaire but I can't see where to click exit assessment as clearly stated in the instruction for the test. Who else had this problem, how did you resolve it? Help a brother. It's urgent. |
There are problems in Nigeria, many of them allowed to fester from the day Atiku joined the Nigeria Customs. I am interested in how a known rogue, like Atiku, will put an end to it. ✓ Endemic corruption in the civil service? For 20 years Atiku enjoyed this situation as it enabled him line his pocket with dollars with which he entered politics. Can you lock the door of your own shop? ✓ Herdsmen and Farmers skirmishes? Has Atiku "Atikulated" his strategy for putting an end to the menace. No. The only thing these dumb IPOB miscreants shove up our faces is the usual nonsense: he is a liberal fulani Muslim. No strategy. No plans. No substance. ✓ Infrastructure deficit? Atiku can't build anything for the common Nigerian. He panders to the rich and mighty. It is an established fact...Atiku would rather privatize and sell off to his cronies. A heartless way to be a political leader. ✓ Social Welfare? It is he who wears the shoe that knows where it pinches. Ask the thousands of NPower youths where their loyalties lie. Ask the old people who are beneficiaries of the conditional cash transfer program who they will queue behind. Ask the tradermoni guys, and ask my own parents, who received an alert from PTAD only recently. They all know one man. PMB. QED. Atiku is going nowhere PS: whoever assumes Igbo land is for Atiku is a joker. Apart from the jobless IPOB members, the intellectually sound Igbos are the silent majority... And they're voting PMB. |
Ok |
By the time Atiku takes the defeat of his life in 2019, these IPOB miscreants would have nothing to cling unto anymore. Nothing to negotiate with... The Hausa Fulani would have outsmarted them yet again... Chinua Achebe turns in his grave right now. How gullible we are! Fools rush in where angels fear to thread. |

There is a certain reason why I love this administration. A precise focus. You don't need to be a jack of all trade and a master of none. You don't need to be a rolling stone that gathers no moss. You only need to pick a part and make yourself the absolute best. This is what I think PMB is doing. Take railway and welfare programs as a case study. No administration before PMB has done a fourth of what he's been able to do... PMB is setting a precedent. Pick a part and work hard on it. And inshallah, little by little Nigeria would be great again. God bless Nigeria. |
Enugupikin:Why do you stress yourself? You should have known that Atiku/Obi project is an IPOB project. Forget all the denials by the faceless Emma Powerful, IPOB knows that should Atiku fail to win that Nnamdi Kanu and his parents will remain in exile for another four years. Abaribe, Ikpeazu and co., are pushing this dead-on-arrival project to help Igwe Kanu not to die as a scoundrel in a creek... Ignore them. The blood of youths slain because of the gra-gra from Kanu will never let Atiku win. IPOB can never have their way in a Nigeria they vehemently rejected. |
Somebody.... Please |
I got an invite for Cormart Assessment Centre... I guess I passed the CBT with workforce. Please any one with information on the following: √ Salary/ total package √ Job description for the role √ Is it at least a conducive place to work Please treat as urgent. Thank you for your response. |
Princedapace:Smh. Experienced? How long? Why sell an ebook first when you know your buyers will need a little handholding to stand on their feet? I care less about your training, but what skills do you have? And what do you do on Upwork? Coming clean builds trust. Luring people to a Private Whatsapp chats reeks of tricks. |
Arkmanbuddy:Don't waste your energy on him. He is one of them. The ebook prophets! I only pity the gullible. They don't know their M.O. We need regulations on Nairaland. |
