There is one girl I've been friends with since when I was in secondary school, we eventually dated for 8months but we broke up after I got admitted.

During the time we broke up, we used to kiss and smooch.

But all of a sudden she stopped, and I later discovered that she went to date my friend after she broke up wit me.

And recently she got admitted into My University and we became closer again.

We do read together and all that.


The main issue now is:

She has 2 other guy that she smashed recently that she just met while me that I've been her friend for over 5 years.


I can't even touch her hand without her getting angry.

But I did something this night, I told her plainly that if she can't allow me to be touching her body and Ass, I don't want to be her friend anymore.

She agreed that I can be touching her other body but not her ASS.

Imagine moving from smooching and kissing a girl to not being able to touch her hand again.


What is the exact thing that I did to Bleep up, so I won't repeat it again?

Should I cut off the friend totally now?

Or what can I do to redeem my self esteem back from the girl?

I'm 20 years, normal height, decent looking, but I'm skinny AF.
I have very skinny wrists (and legs).
Heck, slightly below my rib cages i even have holes on both sides.

Even when i'm with friends, I don't pull off my shirt.
I've been having insecurities and self esteem issues because of this.


I love short sleeve shirts but I can't wear them.

I can't even wear a wristwatch.

I'm someone who likes a well built muscular body, but as of now I can't afford to maintain a steady diet (say a particular amount of calories a day).

To the body builders and health experts in the house, here are my questions -

(WITHOUT A STEADY DIET)
1 - With my current body, can I gain more muscle/weight through rigorous exercises (like calisthenics)/ gyyming ?

2- How can I make my thin wrists and legs thicker ?

3- To gain more weight, are there supplements I can take with my normal diet?

Well I think we decide how we look exception of height...It won't happen in just a day for you,it's a process.
First you need to eat well ...I mean very well, embrace a diet mostly rich in protein,I personally don't use supplements so I wouldn't wanna advice it since my knowledge of it is limited
Secondly get a gym membership.

For guys that want to get fit without going to gym, it is 100% possible. You need to get a skipping rope (works your cardiovascular) or sprint/jog, then do push-ups. With just skipping rope, push up, and eating clean, you will look fit and strong.

We need more guys to join the journey. At least if you achieve a healthy look during this corona, then it's a good start. I lost my sister recently and fell into depression, and added 15kg of fat after binge eating to cope, but I am over it now and lost almost everything, just 3 more kg more to lose. I lost it in just two months (March to May).
