Are you enlightened? are you not part of the same electorate who will sell their souls for a pot of porridge?

An ignorant and unenlightened conclusion is that people sell their souls because they exercise their constitutional rights, freedom of choice and association, aka freedom of choice and association.

Who are you to dictate to people who they should and not vote for? Must other people subscribe to your own preferred political affiliations or vote for the candidate of your choice instead of theirs?

People like you scream and yell democracy every day, but your actions and utterances are always intolerant and undemocratic.

Some of you cluelessly arrogant and backward thinking people always overate yourselves and your importance.

It is a pity that most Nigerian younger generation have lost the reality of themselves and rather choose to remain suppressed, and packing sh*t for the older leaders who had brought the country to messy situation it's today. This is not about the region you come from, this is about the younger generation to stop being house boys and tools for these disappointing old men. Advocate for younger leaders please, because the sorts of comments i see here shows Nigerian youths want to continue to remain relegated to the background. At this point in time lets join hands to pray for young leaders.

Sadly, you are a clear reflection of the same thing you are lamenting over.

If you don't like the system, make yourself available, run for office as a young Nigerian and the last time I checked, there are already declared younger candidates, but we don't see you and your kind talking about them, you don't promote, many of you did not even vote for Sowore when he contested, but many of you picked Atiku.

Now, we have many young candidates out there, but you people don't care, you prefer to wail, lament and rant about Tinubu day and night.

If your preference is a young candidate, then go and look for one to support and vote for, they passed the not too young to contest Bill so feel free to make yourself available.

At the end of the day, you are not going to vote for him no matter what so why are you lamenting and catching high blood pressure over Tinubu?

You people contradict yourselves with your hypocrisy.

Approves?

As the God Almighty?

I thought the approval is by voters through casting of votes.

Can't voters choose without his approval?

Does winning depend on votes or on his approval?

These questions are plain. No tribal or hate speech in any of these questions. But fools are using sentiment to misinterpret the questions as hatred.

Does it really matter who Tinubu approves or endorse?

Will Tinubu's candidate and endorsement walk inside the polling station with you or force you to fix your thumb on Tinubu's candidate or your own preferred candidate?

Nigeria is full of clueless and unenlightened electorates.

Awon ode oponu, Tinubu engendered more infrastructures in Lagos than the whole of Liberia.

Tinubu's IGR ingenuity and creativity generates more revenue than what the whole of Liberia generates.

These ignorant, intolerant, and undemocratic clowns are either dumb or oblivious that freedom to chose and freedom of association are guaranteed constitutional rights in Nigeria and Tinubu has the same rights as a Nigerian citizen to contest for any office in Nigeria, the same way you have every right not to vote for him, that's what you can do and the limit of your rants.

You waste so much time killing yourself over the man instead of looking for your own better candidate to support and vote for, and when you lose at the polls, you go begin shout rigging, not knowing you wasted your time on the wrong candidate.

What’s wrong with Nigerians, imagine they want to make same mistake of 2015, God abeg oO

Nigerians picked PMB twice, 2015 and 2019 so the fact that the majority picked him twice, means 2015 was not a mistake and 2019 was a deliberate vote of support and reaffirmation of their vote and support for him in 2015.

I know you bitter and hateful Igbos don't like PMB for whatever silly reasons you worship, but the Nigerian majority spoke clearly twice.

Instead of killing yourself over Tinubu, why not just go and look for your own bettert candidiate to support ....?

Russians outside PouTin's world are not dumb, they know where this is going and they won't let PouTin destroy Russia.

The sanctions won't only kill the Russian economy which it's already doing on a massive scale, but also send Russia's progress and development back to the stone age.

Russia can not survive without global trade, exchange of goods and commerce, they can not survive continued global isolation and condemnation.

The only way to change direction and prevent catastrophe is to get rid of PouTin because the west won't lift the sanctions with PouTin in power, they are don with PouTin.

When this is all said and done, I see PouTin on trial at the Hague for war crimes.

Different anti-government militant groups are now springing up in Belarus. I won't be suprised if the Battle ground eventually spills over to Russia. It won't be long before one of this militant groups direct their missiles to Russia.

This is turning out to be a repeat of the Afghanistan/USSR war where Americans were supplying the Mujahideens with weapons which eventually led to the Soviets fleeing back home.

Putin has disturbed sleep in that region, and it's very close to his home (Russia).

That actually shows that you are either a fool or a hypocrite. Afghanistan with little or no single technology took the US and NATO (forces drawn front 27 countries) combined together 46 days to reach her capital and six additional days to capture the capital but Russia surrounded the capital of Ukraine at a speed of light.

The Soviet Union invaded same Afghanistan, they spent 10 years fighting the Mujahedin and they are not only lost to the Mujahedin in Afghanistan, but their foolish adventure also bankrupt the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union collapsed, this is the reason why we have countries like Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and other former Soviet republics, they are now NATO members.

Soviet Union collapsed and Russia is about to collapse too, its history repeating itself.

When you know you are losing and drawning, you rally for support and adulation, but this is too late and won't work, food shelves in grocery stores are now getting empty and the same people inside that stadium are destined for food ration lines in a few weeks.

It's been over 3 weeks and Russia the fake superpower can not defeat small Ukraine that did not have any serious military less than a month ago, but thousands of Russians are dead already including 4 military generals, the small boys he sent to Ukraine are abandoning their trucks, tanks and military hardware and running for safety.

This man is already running to beg China for money and weapons after 3 weeks of fighting with small Ukraine..

Russian Generals and military commands are communicating with unsecured walkie-talkies instead of miliary grade secured Satcom radios making it easy for the Ukrainian military to intercept their communications, log their coordinates for elimination.

The Russian military is poor, incompetent, and untrained with low morale.

Foreign Affairs / Russia Loses Bid To Freeze Ban From World Cup Qualifying by NGpatriot: 2:38pm On Mar 18, 2022

Russia’s request to freeze a FIFA ban on its soccer teams ahead of next week’s World Cup qualifying playoffs was dismissed Friday.

FIFA said the Court of Arbitration for Sport dismissed the Russian soccer federation’s bid for an urgent interim ruling to freeze the ban pending a full appeal.

The CAS decision means Russia will not be able to play Poland in World Cup qualifying on Thursday.

The ruling follows a similar CAS refusal on Tuesday to freeze UEFA’s ban on Russian national and club teams in European soccer.

Russian athletes have been banned from competing in multiple sports because of the country's invasion of Ukraine. Belarusian athletes have also been banned because their country has been an ally of Russia.

China Doubles Down on Support for Ukraine, Backs Peace Talks to End War

BY JOHN FENG ON 3/17/22 AT 8:47 AM EDT

China's Foreign Ministry is standing by a bold statement by its ambassador to Ukraine— who pledged Beijing's economic and political support for Kyiv—but is still refusing to rebuke Russia openly.

The envoy, Fan Xianrong, told officials in Lviv that China and Ukraine were "strategic partners" celebrating three decades of formal diplomatic relations.

"China is a friendly country for the Ukrainian people. As an ambassador, I can responsibly say that China will forever be a good force for Ukraine, both economically and politically," he said, according to state news agency Ukrinform.

"We will always respect your state, we will develop relations on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. We will respect the path chosen by Ukrainians because this is the sovereign right of every nation," he said on Monday.

Fan and his consular staff relocated to the western Ukrainian city, near the border with Poland, after the Kremlin's invasion. Lviv's regional office said he met with Maksym Kozytskyi, the head of the local military administration.

On Thursday, at a regular press briefing in Beijing, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian said: "China of course supports the statement by the Chinese ambassador. China supports all efforts that are conducive to easing the situation in Ukraine and a political settlement."

"China will never attack Ukraine. We will help, in particular in the economic direction," Fan told officials in Lviv. He said China would "act responsibly" in the crisis. "We have seen how great the unity of the Ukrainian people is, and that means its strength," he added.

China Backs Ambassador's Pledges to Ukraine

China has denied that it had any prior knowledge of President Vladimir Putin's invasion plans and insists it won't sustain the war by providing Russia with material aid. But in the Foreign Ministry press conference, Zhao reiterated Beijing's support for what Russia considers its grievances against the West.

China Insists It Won't Help Sustain Russia's War Against Ukraine

BY JOHN FENG ON 3/17/22 AT 6:09 AM EDT

The Chinese government this week hit out on multiple fronts against sustained speculation, originating in the United States, that it was considering supplying Russia with military aid.

A string of denials came after national security adviser Jake Sullivan said over the weekend that Beijing would face consequences if it helped the Kremlin evade the West's economic sanctions.

U.S. intelligence disclosed to the Financial Times and others that Russia had requested assistance in the form of combat equipment and field rations. China—said to have responded positively to the appeals—subsequently denied the allegations.

"Some #US official alleged that #China would provide weapons for #Russia. This is a ludicrous suggestion and a humiliation to Russia. Unlike the U.S., China never adds fuel to the fire," China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson and Hua Chunying tweeted on Tuesday.

Around 90 percent of them are still involved in the fight, after factoring in those killed, wounded or captured, U.S. officials said. American intelligence estimates put Russia's combat losses at more than 7,000. Moscow's own number from March 2 remains unchanged at 498.

Qin Gang, China's top diplomat in Washington, said assertions about Beijing's prior knowledge of or support for Russia's war were "purely disinformation."

"Conflict between Russia and Ukraine does no good for China. Had China known about the imminent crisis, we would have tried our best to prevent it," the ambassador wrote in a March 15 Washington Post op-ed, the centerpiece of Beijing's new damage control campaign to balance its pro-Moscow complexion.

The following day, China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian accused anonymous American officials of "spreading lies" about its alleged intent to materially aid Russia's deadly offensive. Earlier in the week, a similar message was delivered, albeit indirectly, to Kyiv.

Respect the Sovereign Government

At a March 14 meeting with regional officials in Ukraine's western city of Lviv, near the border with Poland, Chinese Ambassador Fan Xianrong declared his country would "never attack" Ukraine. Beijing would respect the choices of its sovereign government and help it rebuild, Fan said, before praising Ukrainian unity.

The remarks weren't reported by the Chinese Embassy in Kyiv or carried by state media outlets. Asked about Ambassador Fan's sit-down with officials in Lviv, spokesperson Zhao denied any knowledge of the event.
