jajad may be seun and seun may be jajad. It all makes sense cos he registered after the announcement of the contest and posted only for d contest and won. Wouldn't be suprised if he claimed his price back. It's business!

Re: Web Application Development Contest: Jajad Wins by toluxa1(m): 7:33pm On Nov 16, 2011
Well, one thing you all should know is that the number of guest (unregistered visitors) that visit the site is way more than members. Any programmer could have been reading the contest thread and thought: "Hey, I can do this, make I register and try am out". I am 80% sure this was the case with jadad.

Other 20% goes to the fact that this might just be a cousin, brother or friend of seun grin

Technically, jajad shouldn't have won the first prize if Seun is still expecting more entries. What if someone submits an entry better than his?

It's not too late. The 2nd place prize remains unclaimed.
Re: Web Application Development Contest: Jajad Wins by funkyfela(m): 10:03am On Nov 22, 2011
truth is, d contest smells fishy. why restrict to a particular language? why need a cv? why should the code ne.sent to you? the cost of getting the job done is way higher than your prize money. if truely you want to test skills, let whoever will do the job host it on his own domain and give you a link so that you can view and test it. but sincerely it sounds more like rfp than a contest to me though.
Re: Web Application Development Contest: Jajad Wins by Seun(m): 10:09am On Nov 22, 2011
While most of you were busy making _ comments, jajad was busy coding. That's what I like.
Re: Web Application Development Contest: Jajad Wins by funkyfela(m): 10:24am On Nov 22, 2011
@seun you have no right to say ones comment is _. everyone is entitled to their comments and who knows, you might be an accomplice to this scheme.
Re: Web Application Development Contest: Jajad Wins by Seun(m): 10:30am On Nov 22, 2011
Ok, I'm sorry for calling your comments _, but I'm interested in programmers and not complainers.

If anyone knows Rails 3.0 (actually, even an older version is fine, won't take you long to get up to speed) and is interested in working on a project of mine (for money of course), please let me know.

Basically it is too much work for one man, so I need to farm out some of the labor.

It appears Jajad is a fairly busy man these days and doesn't have time, hehe grin

My contact information is in my profile.
Re: Web Application Development Contest: Jajad Wins by Nobody: 10:32pm On Nov 22, 2011
actually Jajad won fair and square, besides i'm surprised people are paranoid suggesting seun is jajad whats the benefit in that ?
Re: Web Application Development Contest: Jajad Wins by ektbear: 2:46pm On Nov 24, 2011
I guess it'd be easier to find naija developers to hire if I'd picked php or something undecided

Oh well
