This place has potential to Bring Nigeria a lot of forex and money.

went there in 2007 and i felt like i was in another part of the world, the sad thing was that we lost the camera we went there with, but i can still remember the whole activities we had.
will surely want to go there again and again.

Why call it a cattle ranch and the way its so beautiful.I have all along thought the place was a ranch.

Never knew it was as beautiful as that. I have been thinking of going to a place like that on vacation. Jus two more things everybody will hope it has, steady power supply and security.

If security in the area is ok, one may think of tourist business from Europe. Can anyone tell us more about reliability of facilities such as power, transport and costs?

Excuse me,  the Obudu Cattle Ranch is no where near Calabar. It is at least 400 km away from Calabar. So change Calabar to Cross River State on front page moderator.   It is a beautiful place for sure lying close to the boundary with Benue State.

Donald Duke transformed Cross River State in a spate of just 8years. This is the kind of guy with the courage and the intellect to move this Country forward not the bozos parading themselves as leaders today. This is one of his very many achievements as Governor of a hitherto unknown sleepy civil service state called Cross River. Tinapa that is now wasting away with all the World class infracstruture is also his brain child. The government house was not built by Julius Berger like Akwa Ibom and Rivers with all the billions but it is more classy than both. We ve all it takes to compete with the very best Countries in the so called first world, we just need the likes of Duke to get there.

The first one could be the Presidential retreat.  The ranch is a very big place. I don't doubt the first picture is real.

How much will cost me to stay here for @ least a week. Any raw estimate?
