MICHAEL, A STAFF OF PORT HARCOURT ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY (PHEDC) AT DLINE PORT HARCOURT, WAS ARRESTED ON FRIDAY, 11/05/2018 AND COULD NOT BE ARRAIGNED IN COURT FOLLOWING THE DISRUPTION OF LEGAL ACTIVITIES AT RIVERS STATE HIGH COURT BUT IS PRESENTLY COOLING HIS HEAD AT THE PORT HARCOURT MAXIM SECURITY PRISON FOLLOWING A COURT ORDER FOR UNLAWFULLY DISCONNECTING THE POWER SUPPLY TO THE HOUSE OF BARR HIGHER KING-THE FAMOUS HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCATE BASED IN RIVERS STATE. BRIEFING NEWSMEN, BARR HIGHER KING SAID THAT IT IS AN OFFENCE TO DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY TO THE RESIDENCE, OFFICE, COMPANY OR INDUSTRY OF ANY NIGERIAN WITHOUT THREE MONTHS DISCONNECTION NOTICE. THE FAMOUS HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCATE SAID THAT BY THE NIGERIA ELECTRICITY SECTOR REFORM ACT, MR MICHAEL FACES UP TO 3 YEARS IN JAIL WITH FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA FINE AS A SECOND CONSISTENT OFFENDER. BARR HIGHER KING SAID THAT WHAT HE IS DOING IS NOT FOR HIMSELF BUT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL NIGERIANS TO KNOW THEIR RIGHTS AND THE FACT THAT THEY CAN ARREST ANY POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY (DISCO) STAFF FOR DISCONNECTING THEIR POWER WITHOUT THREE MONTHS NOTICE.MR MICHAEL WILL BE ARRAIGNED IN MAGISTRATE COURT 8 ON MONDAY, THE 14/05/2018 BY 9 AM.

But the good news is that our able EFCC are seriousely working I must confess.Mr Gabovies is now begging us to withdraw the case from EFCC and the EFCC has ordered Hassan's lawyer to provide hassan.
Pls more prayers will be needed.

We have wrtten to Governor of Lagos State and he directed us to Lagos State Real esate only for those people to tell us to start paying N3000 each they later brought it down to N2500. When I told my people they were not happy with that. Pls Nigerians let's be our brothers keeper if you know any means help can come to us please don't esistate to do pls come to our aid.
