The states have deadline which is October after which the allocation that is due to local govt will stop coming now what time does the state have? This anambra LG election timetable was out for over a month ago why don't APC follow up just like other political parties are doing?

Election will be held at the various polling units as before. As for the list of voters, who told you they have not applied to INEC for the list? You don't just sit and make assumptions based on things you don't have evidence.
