Yes they do. All is to verify the age acclaimed. There are some people whose date of birth on their birth certificate do not match the date of birth on their waec result as a result of age reduction. Access Bank believe the DOB on waec result is the Authentic

A person like me don't have birth certificate, I misplaced it some years back. I have affidavit for declaration of age and I have my waec certificate that has my date of birth. Am I good to go?

My source is from those who have already been employed.
The basic reason for the waec ceritifate is to verify the date of birth on it. Not everyone uses waec result as entry into the university. Some use combine of waec and NECO while some use only NECO. Access bank is very strict with Age limit.

If truly they needed to know if you have 5 basic credit, the bank would have requested for WAEC CERTIFICATE or ITS EQUIVALENT Which is NECO. Waec certificate is only to verify your age, Not your 5 credit!

It's even why those who attached declaration of age to their waec result are not mostly picked because the bank belief the date of birth on waec result is your authentic age not the new age declaration you submitted. though no one is above mistake

But they still ask for original birth certificate, even after asking for original waec certificate

For the ESR dey do send success mail after the test. since your position is different, maybe their recruitment process differs with each position or it is their new modus operandi

As such, their test should be based on either of the following.

1. Dragnet's Numerical reasoning

2. Dragnet's abstract reasonings

3. Dragnet's Verbal reasoning

4. Shl (numerical, verbal and abstract)

5. GMAT.

i know about frontline internship,cos their TS is for 2 weeks,in other words every 2 weeks their is alway new intake for TS,that is every month they always send final assessment mails,to different batches untill its get to everyone who has successfully passed the TMI stage,for a few they even send them mails for another interview after their TMI. As for the last batch of the year its not certain its depends on the list of entries for the entry level,those that has done their and those they are yet to send mail to and this recuritment is for 2018,which is yet to elapse.
