Good evening mama,I noticed yesterday that when I playfully wave my baby,he stiffens his hands and legs, cry out slowly and his eyes kinda turn pale and he immediately regains himself again,is this normal?he is 4 months old today and I just noticed it yesterday, should I be worried?
I don't know what exactly you're describing but when my second daughter was young and she cried angrily she'll take in air, stiffen her body like she loose breath for some few seconds then she'll cry loudly again. Are we talking about the same thing?

He's 7 months old ma
ok try different cereals until you see the one the child likes. Some kids are picky eaters, others want to eat what you eat so you can make lots of pap, add milk then make sure he's looking at you. Take a spoon and gesticulate showing him it's really sweet then take another spoon and do the same then give him one spoon if that will work. You can try Nutribom, Nutriend, Cerelac, etc. No Golden morn at that age pls.
He can eat mashed boiled rice, mashed yam and little winny palm oil, mashed beans, soft moi-moi soft swallow with Okro, etc. Just keep experimenting.

Really? The comments on her video was epic
Food / Re: My Special Fried Rice Recipe With Leek And Celery (pics And Video) by okirewaju(f): 7:45am On Jan 09, 2023
I always use leek and spring onion for my fried rice but I've never used celery.

I watched a video where a cook immersed the boiled rice inside a big pan of groundnut oil like she was frying it then she drained the oil and she claimed it's a proof against it going sour as she runs a restaurant.

Basically home meal in soft texture. Beans de-skinned and mashed, rice boiled soft and mashed, boiled fish/egg mashed. Cereals like Nutribom, Cerelac and the rest with same Sma formula which he has been taking. Pap, pureed food. In fact the list is endless just make sure the texture of the food is soft and introduce one food at a time to be sure.

Jesu!! Where are you people?
Here that plantain is over 3k and that yam is N1500 each
How can you get 3 of them for N1400?
What is going on?
It depends oh. With a large family like mine we basically buy in bulk and foodstuff is always cheaper when bought in bulk. That plantain 3k That's too expensive. The last bunch of plantain I bought in Hausa Quarter is #800 per bunch. At home here, 5 Plantain is #500 and we still complain that it's #100 per 1 which is too expensive.

Here that plantain will be like #1200 and the yam will be #700 per 1 that's #2100 in total so it's a good buy.

I love matured plantain not those ones looking like banana.

It's funny how some persons don't like eating fried plantain as in dodo shocked shocked shocked
