I have been given an offer from Teesside university for Sept 2022 intake even though I haven't received my CAS yet. I have read a lot from people saying if you say you know someone in the UK, your visa can be rejected. In my circumstance, I have two children I am willing to take along as my dependants, my last child has a british passport because his Dad is British/Nigerian. He is permanently based in UK. My university location is 4 hours away from where he lives so we wont be staying together. We are not married. Do I need to state that I know someone in UK? Do I need to state that one of the children I'm taking along has a British passport? I'm asking these questions because I've heard a situation where they can say you might not want to come back to Nigeria after your studies. Please anyone who has gone through this situation should please enlighten me. Thanks |
