2006 it was, Joseph Enakhaire was the culprit, he wanted to nod the ball away and the ball flew over his head. If he had moved back a bit, he would have been able to control it.

In the final of the 1988 and 1990 AFCONs, Nigeria played against teams they had earlier met in the group stage but sadly lost on both occasions to Cameroon and Algeria respectively by a lone goal.
In 2013. We met the Burkinabes in the group stage and for the second time in the finals and joyfully won on that occasion. In fact just like we took the second position in our group in this edition, we did the same in the 2013 edition.

Right?! It irks me when people just talk without putting a thought to their words!

I graduated with a third class due to several reasons. I did GRE and scored 306, TOEFL 106 and evaluated my transcript with WES. I got a graduate assistantship my second semester in the US, finished that masters with a 3.46/4.0 GPA (STEM course). Went back for my second masters after a few years and graduated with a 4.0/4.0 GPA. I’m currently doing my PhD in Computer and Information Science while also working full time

If I had met people like that one early in my pursuit, I’ll still be in square one. Because you graduated with a first class or second class upper doesn’t gives you zero rights to deride others.

Humble yourself before life does it for you. It doesn’t cost a cent watch your words, measure it carefully and treat fellow humans with respect. Don’t hide under the anonymity of the internet to perpetuate unkindness.
He might think he had done me a disservice but he has actually motivated me. I do not even need a voucher to prove my worth. I wonder why I put myself out here with asking to be considered for the voucher. In another news, I just finished another degree in this same Nigeria although another university and I’m at the verge of making a first class this time.

It was 2001 but had a rerun of that particular season in 2005/2006 due to popular demand. People that missed it wanted to watch while people that watched wanted a rewatch so the reason for the rerun. It was originally aired on NTA but the rerun had channels like AIT, Galaxtly TV etc. showing it. God rest his soul.

Didn't attend command. But when you're talking about raw and brutal boarding school experiences, command secondary schools are up there with the likes of mayflower and baptist boys high schools. Most especially COMLAG aka command secondary school ipaja.

Those small innocent boys you're seeing in the pics will in the next 5 years turn out to be ruthless seniors. grin
You’re not far from the truth. I attended Command children’s school, Maryland, just for a year in primary 3 and I tell you I was traumatized and my Mum couldn’t take me back there. I was beaten by teacher because I wasn’t going to do extra lessons and he wanted to force us. Do you know how he beat us? He asked us to sit on our chairs and he hit our laps with heavy wood while seated upright , I can’t remember how many times but it was a lot of times. The next few days I couldn’t walk. I was traumatized and couldn’t tell my Mum what really happened. My Mum probably thought I was coming down with polio or something. What about bullying from seniors? That’s a story for another day. This was all in their primary school how much more the secondary school

If you want MSc. Risk Management and Insurance, MSc. Actuarial Science and PGD Computer Science past questions, send me a PM, I will be sending them for free.
Please, when you get these past questions, please don’t sell to others. Also do well to come here to testify that I didn’t collect a dime. I only do this because it is exploitative to continue to sell past questions that hasn’t been updated. It is still the same past questions that has been in circulation for about 3 years now.
I wish you good luck in the forthcoming qualifying exams.

Oga, Yorubas dont fight like Romans. That movie is a roman empire classic movie.

In the olden days, we read it that the two commanders will face themselves and chant incantations till one commander overwhelms the other. Then fight will ensue.

The film misrepresents Yoruba culture so badly. Go and watch the "woman king" on netflix - it was a failed attempt to replicate it.
Have you read of the Kiriji/Ekiti Parapo war? If yes, did they not use guns, Cannons, swords and other weapons in that war? Yes I understand they used charms mostly but what if he was coming from that angle? Did they not use charms at all in this movie?
