It's actually possible, but he didn't break it down that OAU has a powerhouse where people with shops on campus pay and also those who stay in quarters also make make payments to buy units of electricity....everything is metered. So to guess they make a huge chunk of the money already from commercializing it. There's the Buka, the new market, those that make photocopies in academics, those that stay in quarters, maintenance hostel etc. So it's not like the whole 80m is actually sourced for from the University's purse.
