Please i need your help freelancers. I applied for Payoneer two times both approved. They emailed me the account details with the expected date of arrival.After that i will not hear anything from them. I went to NIPOST to ask whether the card has arrived, they said no(they dont even know Payoneer). They told me if i can give them the tracking number(which i dont have) to know the stance of the card.
To sum it up am thinking i have problem with my address issue... So please assist me with the correct address format.

Imagine i submitted the work to him(Kenyan guy) he appreciate the job, i requested for my payment,he start talking different that he will be paying me monthly i told him i will not accept that and this is what we agreed at the beginning.
He start talking harshly that he stated it in the project description that the payment is monthly(which i didnt see) and now he is offline since we communicated. I called his number his wife picked telling me he left his phone at home(which i dont believe also) I will just let this go and will prepare my self next time.
Beside am happy to have this practical example and experience on my self as a newbie in freelancing. I will advice my brothers sisters to be extra careful when dealing with unfamiliar clients.

I just met a man from Kenya he gave me job off freelancer which am to submit tomorrow but he asked me for alternative payment method other than through freelancer which i told him i dont have, because he want to avoid the charges of freelancer but he decided to pay through freelancer since i dont have any other method PLEASE MY FELLOW FREELANCERS IS IT POSSIBLE TO WORK FOR SOMEONE OFF FREELANCER ONLY FOR HIM TO PAY YOU THROUGH FREELANCER?? Am a student currently in my third year i have a laptop an andriod phone with monthly subscription but i want to start any legit business with these my gadgets i have no idea about the business that i will be doing to sustain my personal needs a business that i can manage as a student.
Looking at the current situation in Nigeria i dont want a situation whereby after graduation i will still continue seeking money from my parent AM GROWN I WANT TO LIVE MY LIFE I WANT TO BE INDEPENDENT i have made up my mind to do any legit business online that will not interfere with my studies.

What I want u guys to understand about this inec recruitment is that INEC will not post any body outside the state you are residing so that is why it is required for you to submit your slip to inec state office(not local govt) so pls try and submit to state office where finally your names will be pasted whether you are employed or not.Where you will see where you are posted to(NYSC corpers will be posted to base on the state they are serving take note)

That is why during registration they ask you your state of origin and state you are residing.Remember there is going to be training and it is going to take place in the state you are living you don't have to go back to your home town so corpers take note
