Today whose land is Lagos, Yorubas, Benin, Aworis, or is Lagos a jointly shared city, Note here apart from the lands Igbos legally acquired, we have no hereditary claim to Lagos.

This is about the most logical explanation I got not some sentimental approach, but honestly is there any historic connection between Benin and Lagos, for we Igbos we are visitors and legal occupants and wish to remain so but we cant speak for every party
