Just checked the name now. That logo shouldn't have been made for that name. Visit the domain landing page and chose the angry emoticon. Then they will tell you to 'Talk', that they will pass your message to the designer. Write what you want. Something like, "this domain doesn't relate to the CBD niche, bla bla bla.

Update the description first before you take the steps above.

However this is not always the case, as one of us who just sold a name did through the retail marketplace despite it being listed in the wholesale market.

As a Nigerian, you can withdraw with Payoneer. I don't think you can withdraw with PayPal which is the only other option.
