Poly education has no relevance to Nigeria's development. Dead in waters and must be buried totally. It has and does not produce quality and practical graduates. They are even lower in respect to their university counterpart.
trash this rubbish u just typed here... I'm a polytechnic graduate and I'm doing well

Your opinion bro. Am a product of both schools, and I can tell you that the present day university education is a scam. The problem is from the custodians of education, most of whom enjoyed polytechnic education abroad and cannot really differentiate BTW the two. Polytechnic education is meant for middle level cadre, while university education is meant for managerial level. But the recognition of one above the other, has left people running after university education, and what happens? University graduates running after menial jobs. The courses I did during OND were the same courses that were spilted during my four -year degree programme.

Who introduced polytechnics into our educational system in the first place? Thunder fire that person. They should absorb all these polytechnics into the university system so we'll have single monster headache to treat.

Even if Nigeria has only universities and no polytechnics, it can never grow faster than what her DNA permits.

Both elephant and goat are herbivores but their sizes are incomparable. Why?

In the community of the blind, light (candle or halogen) is useless until they have their visions fixed.

Nation's development depends mainly on people’s attitude and mentality while schools and degrees only polishes.

Hundreds of University graduates are out there working for technical schools graduates and artisans from Lebanon, India and China, and another thousands are fasting and praying to secure N-Power appointments.

Uni or not, the same deformity is inherent in all platforms of learning across the nation. university graduates I see around aren't less a liability to the country (Nigeria) labour market than other graduates. With exception of very few professions and individuals; and that cut across all platforms of learning.

Any form of education that only qualifies you to be employable is no education, be it SSCE or PhD.

Until we find our Lane and move steadily with our own speed, nothing will ever work.
