Kissing in Europe is a form of greeting bro. It's not same as asking for autograph. You only ask for autograph of someone you're a fan of, which is wrong to be a fan of someone you're officiating cos your impartiality towards that person or group is called into question. And even if it's for his kids, he should've found a more discreet way of getting it privately. The image of a player signing anything for a match official sends the wrong message.

kindly slide off this issue, nothing on earth is wrong with what the man did. it isn't ethically wrong, this is off pitch and has nothing to do with the real business.
what if a son or daughter has pleaded with him to help get the players autograph knowing the father would be one of the match officials?
it isn't way off ethics, for as much as kiss to the forehead isn't wrong, seeking autograph isn't wrong.
